well migration consultant is one the scammer in DUBAI. PLEASE DON fall for the goods words. they might say the work will be done with in 6 month but they will not even start the your processing until 2 yrs. once they receive the money they go forever, ALI RAZA AND ARBAZ THESE ARE IMBECILL.

Guys don't trust this Agent for canada Process they simply assess with your profile and say that they will get PR for canada.

Later on drama will begin you have wait more than 3 years. Case manager will keep changing without any notification. Later on you have meet them to know the new case manager. Again wait for 1 year.

They will say that our CV was marketed in Canada employer but nothing will happens you don't get any call for interview.

When you ask further details you will not revert and again case manager will go for annual vacation or they use COVID Situation and play around.

When you ask the refund for not doing their work they will donate us with just 15% refund balance will be swallow by them as they made us to wait for more than 3 years for no reason

MCS guys i swear I will wait for 1 month more if I'm not getting any support from you guys I will ask my lawyer to file a case and then I will write an article in khaleej times too so that poor worker like me won't get affected.

Dear Sir,
I took services of Migration Consultants (+971 – 564122666, Landline No. +971-43396777, Dubai - United Arab Emirates for processing my Canada immigration. They first tested all my documents and told that I am eligible for Canada immigration. I paid them AED 4500 and signed contract (attached herewith) with them in Feb, 2020. They asked to provide all my educational and personal documents and I provided everything to them. But there was no action made from their side. When I followed up many times, they submitted application for PNP and not Express Entry (most common and easy way of immigration). When I again followed up for many months, there was no response. When I threatened of legal action, they submitted applications for two more provinces (PNP) in Sept 2020 and said that they also submitted for Express Entry (later proved to be a lie). For months there was nothing done by Migration Consultants and when I asked why they are not working on my case, they said that I am not eligible for Express Entry. I asked them to refund my money as per the contract. But, they told that they will not refund. They have violated almost all of the terms mentioned in the contract, please see below.
Details of breach of agreement:
1. They mentioned they filled 5 provincial applications. Actually they did only three- fraud.
2. Not made application for Express Entry and other provincial applications- not completing their work.
3. Contract point no1. it is mentioned that their Éxperts will prepare my Resume''. not done.
4. In the contract it is clearly mentioned that their agency will reply within a day (point no.2) that is never honoured. It takes months to get a response!!
5. Contract Point no. 3, Identify documents to be submitted- I was not informed proactively that passport expiry should be at least 6 months. When I sent repeated mails then I was told that application can't be submitted because expiry is less than 6 months. Reactive approach after my follow up.
6. Contract point no 3 again- Submit the complete case to Skill Assessment body- no evidence of such submission. I am not sure if this is done.
7. Contract point 4- Recruitment experts will proactively work to find best employer- not done.
8. Point 5- best roles - not done
9. point 6 & 7 - handle all correspondence- Not done. I am never informed proactively about anything related to my case. After many emails, I get some responses after months.
10, Research & explain immigration law changes- not done.
11. Point 10- Employment preparation solutions- not done.
13. Point 11- Advise on latest rules- Not done.
14. Point 12- Professional guidance on intended occupation- not done
15. Other points related to post landing services have not yet reached to that stage- so no question of being done.

If you look to all points of the contract, they have not even done 10% of the work they promised, out of 24 services mentioned below. In this situation they can keep 10% of the fees and return me 90%. How can they charge fees for something that they have not done?
Now, I request you to please look into this matter and get my money back. I trusted this agency because it is based out of Dubai and my friends here told me that laws are very strict and nobody can cheat others. But this firm- Migration Consultant has not worked as per the contract and now not giving me refund. Please help, it is more than 18 months that I am trapped in this agency’s false promises.

Migration consultants themselves worked hard in compiling the required documents and kept me running for it, that was very good for me. I had enough papers for Canada Permanent Residency Visa then. Language and work experience were given the highest importance in the profile. I am glad that I was a client of Migration Consultants.

I had a great time processing for my permanent residence visa in Canada at Migration Consultants Dubai since last year. The consultants were truly supportive and aware of their job. Express entry was our initial target and did it triumphantly. I am recommending to those who wants to immigrate to Canada.

In Sunday & Friday Migration consultants are not able to reply with a receipt with even acknowledgment mail. Making customers wait too long, when a customer is stressed, confused, or frustrated, they’re probably anxious to find a solution to their problem. It doesn’t help if they have to wait for respond to their message for two days.
When a customer wants to get in touch with your consultancy , they’ll do so on the platform of their choosing—whatever is most convenient for them. Request to connect with a client in a proper convenient way rather than choosing conventional ways.

Transferring responsibility of customers from marketing agent to agent (Case manager). Marketing agents are not the right person to talk to (after going through all this information, of course), and they’ll direct you to the right person. They send you to another department, and yet again you will not find solution. You’re probably feeling frustrated just imagining this scenario. And you would be alone.
A lack of empathy
When a customer comes to you confused or frustrated, the last thing they want to hear is corporate jargon from a case manager who sounds like they couldn’t care less about the stress the client is dealing with. Customers feeling like their issue is being brushed off

After making an initial payment for migration service, I have had some issues with regard to my job due to which I thought of withdrawing the migration procedure. As the contract was not yet signed, i ask a refund. The moment I requested for refund they started to avoid my calls, message and email. Later on I have to ask one of my friend in Dubai to visit their migration office. That’s the time I was able to get grasp of them and was able to speak to them.
After various communication and calls their Service Manager has confirmed for refund of 50 % even though there was no signed contract and have not done any related service. It has been a month now no has contacted.
During the time of pandemic situation this is way they are treating there customer being an service industry.
Recommend every one to be careful when they are handing over hard earned money.
