I asked you a question and never received a response. I wrote to you on all platforms and nothing. You ignored me. I bought the Aray 750 from you and a few days ago the Aray 1000. I can tell you right now that you have lost a customer because of the way you act and treat customers.

Bought a brand new light. On the 3rd switch on it tripped my electrics and then the whole unit stopped working. I suspect a faulty power supply unit but Migro blame me and said I did something wrong. Let me say this, the connectors on the Migro light are fool proof and cannot be put together wrongly. Straight out the box the sticker on the power supply was scuffed. We agreed to send the light and power supply back however when they received the light back they only offered a 70% refund. On a brand new light send back the very next day I think that was a disgraceful offer from Migro. I have contacted my credit card company to get a full refund. It has been two days short of 3 weeks since the return and no refund has been received. I will definitely not be buying from this company ever again. I'm going back to Spider farmer. I've learned how to repair their sf2000 and in the future I can avoid any possible repair job of the same kind by buying the newer spider farmer bar lights with easy replace connectors and a super new ppfd layout that will get to all those buds in all places and corners in a 4x4. Spider farmer here I come. I have a spider farmer lights from 5 yrs ago and still works like knee and out of three lights from them I've only repaired 1. In my opinion stick to buying in the UK and go to spider farmer.

Very high quality product! I think I have purchased one from every series they've released I'm looking forward to how my 250L does. One thing I do like there's more distance between the light and the Canopy top with even coverage for the whole tent. Migro has never disappointed with my results that I've achieved

Got bad led driver for 75w Migro light, contacted them, got help without any questions! Respect and honour for Shane and his team.
Also use 500w led of his and works fantastic for a year already.

I gave a rating of 4 only because I feel there should an on/off switch at the fixture itself for convenience when tending to plants.
Otherwise it would be a 5 for service and for an item that is made well.

Its really good light could do with more adjustments on dimmer but time will tell but so far its bang on

AVOID!! This company has been exposed for lying to customers about there product so it's impossible to trust him after that! (See you tube video) He told me on the phone he is using Samsung bulbs but on the website it doesn't state that, it just says "white" and "red" bulbs. I asked for proof that he is using Samsung and he hung the phone up on me! Hes a total CONMAN! I wanted to return the light but will be charged a tax (because it's Ireland) and a shipping charge which amounts to about a third of what the light is worth lol! So all in all a terrible experience!

Update to MIGRO reply; I wasn't aggressive in anyway whatsoever , annoyed yes! You still have any replied to my request for proof of the.bulbs you use Shane? The fake bulbs that you claim are Samsung ? Or is it Osram? Also I didn't ask for a refund prior to lights being returned, but we all know you are very sketchy when it comes to telling the truth Shane!

Solid piece seems quality

Great service, had problems with my second aray unit after a month of use but solved the problem very quickly with the help from the Support and got a replacement within one week. Im also a customer since the first generations of the mighro lights and was never dissapointed. Highly recommended!
