Personally, I would not touch this company with a barge pole. I placed an order for two bedside cabinets on 25th October. I was informed that l would be contacted before delivery. I was never contacted. When l decided to enquire where my product was (paid in full on 25/10), nothing happened. No follow up or information. No response to phone calls, texts or emails.
Eventually l was told that the product was out of stock and l would be refunded. Nothing happened.
After many, many attempts to request an update, l was informed a refund had been made (5th December) and l would receive my refund. Oh no. Weeks later, nothing.
More attempts at making contact, then another message finally to say l would be recompensed. Two months later, the payment has finally been credited to my account. I really wanted the product and was very disappointed to find it was out of stock, but stock is still coming up on their website. My advice would be -unless you want to be out of pocket for a long time - don’t bother, you will save yourself a lot of trouble.

This company is absolutely amazing! Everything in store is lovely.
Leon helped me decide what sofa to go for, everything went smoothly, by far one of the best furniture stores. I will be furnishing my house with furniture from here. Delivery was perfect, drivers were very helpful n friendly.

Never shipped goods, never intended to - and still no refund. Sham of a company and terrible customer service.

Leon was very helpful and even helped me decide what would go best in my front room, he was very friendly and upbeat which made me feel at ease.

I cant rate this company enough . The furniture is amazing and the quality is out standing

Think they are closed down, I bought stuff and never received it. Now their website is down, no response on any social media when I message them or call them. Trying to get refund back from credit card now

We ordered a sofa almost 2 weeks ago, and on Monday 30th January we were contacted to say due to a large amount of damage on the sofa they wouldn’t send this out, offered a replacement (wrong colour) and agreed to provide a refund in 3-5 working days.
We have chased this refund through numerous calls (voicemail - they never pick up the phone) and emails. We have not received any response & will be escalating this to the ombudsman if we don’t hear imminently!
