I placed an order 3/2025 and still have not received order. I have emailed MULTIPLE times and other than an automated email, no one ever responds. Very disappointed and have left messages with them through multiple media platforms. But again, no response.

Agree with others. First order was beautiful. Second order never arrived and despite several attempts with customer service, it was never remedied. Thankfully I was able to file a complaint for a refund through PayPal. I know of several others who had the same experience within past 6 months, unfortunately.

1st order would have been a 5*. Second order never arrived and there is no response from the company, other than acknowledging receipt of my email!!! Scammed!

I ordered Oct 31st, had a question and emailed "Anna" apparently the only employee on the customer service team (read: fake bot address). No response. I have since emailed 4 more times. No responses at all. I realize that its been only 3 weeks, but I am doing a charge back with my cc company because they are sketch AF. I have previously purchased from them in 2020, with no issues. There has been something changed that makes them absolute garbage.

I ordered a painting June 22, 2024 and have not received the painting. Like many others I’ve sent 4-5 emails about the status of my order but received no reply. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. I’m contacting my card company to see about getting a refund. It’s such a disappointment, I was looking forward to doing this with my husband on our honeymoon but that’s long over.

I ordered 2 custom kits in August and it’s October 6 and never got them. I have emailed 4x and no response. Very sketchy biz practices and given the international shipping and business I should have been more careful. They are dishonest, unprofessional and liars. Their products suck. Get it from a US based company. Pay more but you’ll get it.

I have loved doing these paintings. I have done at least 6 or 7 paintings minimum. I was a regular customer and they still blew me off!
Their customer service should get a 0. I have written to them with documentation at least 7 times, proving that I paid for two paintings and a frame and that I only got one painting. They always say that they will get back to me and never do. I am just not willing to order another painting, even tho I sincerely enjoy it (tho their color palette is not always satisfactory) but I'm not willing to support this company until they honor my previous purchase! I've been writing to them for well over a year!

I received my kit and agree colors may be different but some of the paints were dried out upon opening. I sent emails with no response. I finally ordered additional paint at my own cost but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received any paint. I want to finish my painting after the extensive amount of work I have put into this project so PLEASE SEND ME MY PAINT!!!!!

I sent them an email a few times to get some new paint but never got any answer. Instead they keep sending me promotional emails on and on. This is really frustrating ! I will never order anything else from them.

I wish I would've looked at these reviews before placing my order. I have contacted them multiple times in the last 3 weeks and I've received zero response. It seems like this is an ongoing issue. I will need to check in with my credit union.

Update: I did receive my package. But it seems like it may be a toss up. You'll never get in contact with customer service.

There doesn't appear to be any customer service! You have to email them if you have a question or a problem. However, they don't seem to answer the emails, so what's the point of sending it? There is no phone number, so you can't call. Unfortunately, for me, I didn't look at my painting until a year after I bought it, and it turned out so much bigger than I had wanted. So I was hoping to be able to buy a new smaller canvas, but no paints or brushes. Guess I'll never know.

I have painted at least 7 canvases from photos for friends and family. I am in no way an artist and yet each time I complete one I am amazed at how well they turn out. Fun and relaxing and the responses from the people I gift them to are so rewarding.
Shipped from China so don’t expect the kit(s) to arrive quickly.

They do have long shipping times. Especially during the holidays. But I really love the product! I’m on my fourth and am about ti buy a 5th. It’s so calming for me to do.

I have sent 3 emails and no response. They sent one wrong color and I need it replaced but cannot get them to respond. Any thoughts ??? I am really excited about this item but a bit frustrated by lack of customer service.

Terrible customer service and delays in products arriving. There were months when I ever wondered if it would even arrive or if it was just a scam. Don't spend your money here.

I am not a painter or even considered painting until my cousin introduced me to MiiCreative. She had on display a painting her dog that had recently passed. I was impressed by the quality of her finished work and even more inspired after I learned it was a paint by numbers project.
My family and friends can't believe how realistic and beautiful the painting of my dog turned out.
The time I spent painting was very relaxing.
