This company is dubious! I ordered boots that were sent to me from Italy. Without labels!!!!!
I only tried them on at home and sent them back because they are too tight for me. The retailer claims I wore them and I now - after it was checked by so called Dispute Center - have to keep the boots. ANYONE could have worn these boots in the shop in Italy. MIINTO gives no assurances. Do not buy here under any circumstances.
I will consider legal action.

I have ordered a couple of items, and while one of them was promptly sent, the second one was very late… after a week I called the customer service (very good that you can actually phone them, the majority of e-commerce only give a contact form to fill in) and I was helped by Marcelina. She was very caring, and solicited the shop to ship the item, despite her efforts the shop gave no answers and Marcelina, after giving me a nice coupon code of 20%off on my next order, was so kind she updated me daily with a nice email. At the end, after a week more, she was forced to cancel my order and refund me.
I am obviously a bit disappointed I didn’t get the item, but I am so pleased by the customer service that I will surely buy again from this website.
