Ik was erg tevreden

Ik was erg tevreden, tot het moment dat ik support wilde op de app die spontaan niet meer werkt. Je krijgt alleen maar standaard antwoorden van een lijstje alsof je een klein kind bent, je wordt gewoon niet serieus genomen. Support alleen in het Engels (niet dat dit voor mij een probleem is maar wel goed om te weten) en antwoord pas na een week of langer en dan krijg je te horen dat ze je niet kennen omdat je mailadres niet overeenkomt met het adres wat in het systeem staat (en daar hebben ze dan ook een week voor nodig om dat te laten weten!) Ik heb het werkelijk nog nooit zo slecht meegemaakt! Doe hier iets aan mensen!!!!
