Ordered a shoe product to fulfil a restoration on a pair of Jordans. After 2 and a half weeks it still hasn't arrived.
When I contacted them to see where it was, they said it still hadn't been sent. So I asked to cancel and refund the money. They sent it anyway, blaming Covid...(?) and I have still been charged.
I had to go and buy another product this morning to meet my order. And now I'm gonna have a bottle of their stuff that I don't need.
The guy I emailed was nice and helpful but this just isn't acceptable.
