On the contrary they actively encourage you to make your own well informed decision, no pressure just honest sales and assistance to ensure you buy the right car that fits your needs. The after sales service is second to none also. I would like to thank Abu, Anthony and Wayne for their down to earth and fair attitude to selling us the best car they could making every effort to ensure our satisfaction. Paid a deposit for a Kia Picanto automatic and was due to collect travelling from the Highlands when “lockdown” happened. Chris was exceptionally helpful and reassured me that the car would be waiting for me when the restrictions were lifted. Although restrictions are still in place, I was able to arrange haulage transport with Callum Plank Haulage and have now taken delivery of a car that I had actually never physically seen and I am absolutely delighted! Chris fully understood my anxiety about continuing with my purchase, asking me to trust that as an independent seller their reputation was what had kept them in business so, based on that I am very pleased to be called a happy customer!

A great service from the initial enquiry to us collecting the car a week later, Chris provided an approachable and personal service.

We part exchanged our original car and he offered us a very reasonable price as well as reassured us that the new car was perfect for its intended purpose : a new family car.

He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and maintained excellent social distancing during collection. The car was spotless and completely sanitised to ensure customer safety.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the whole service and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again in the near future.

I had great service from Mike Brewers, were ready to show me the car late on a Sunday, let me test drive it. Once I had made my decision the sales guy, Chris, went the extra mile by delivering the car a day early because I was closer to the dealership on that day, it was his day off. He also picked me up from the Leagrave station in his own car. The car was in perfect condition. The only complaint would be that I got the car with a deflated left tyre that was visible when I did the test drive, an honest mistake I guess.

28.5k when it comes to asking for details of the contract they hide and too scared to tell the truth because they will be held responsible! Be warned or don’t hope you don’t get ripped off guys

Actually I have an email showing you was to replace the tyres before me collecting and you failed to do so and you offered me the option of using a third party to save my travelling to you and back

I may have chose the third party but you definitely offered me this service or do you deny this

Went into Mike Brewers last week after seeing a Audi A4 on auto trade. A guy called Ian delt with me took me for a test drive gave me no pressure into buying the car which I liked as week before I’d been to Mercedes just up the road and the salesman there was to much trying to hard to sell me the car. I was happy with the car and his service. Was really happy with the service.

Contacted Mike Brewers Sheffield and they were more than happy to bring the car up to Sheffield to make my viewing of the car easier. They are fairly priced the cars are immaculate and would 100% recommend them.
