Saw the car online after being consistently let down by VW with the arrival date of my new car...finally gave up and headed down to Mike Brewers, not the usual car showroom but Ian came out to see us and introduced himself, asked a few questions and we were soon having a look inside a couple of Mercedes.. really informative and helpful..not remotely pushy and left us to it for 15 mins..and by that time I had made my choice and went in to sort the finances...really easy and car ready to collect within a few days..

Overall a great way to shop and Ian did a brilliant job on the day and when it came to the handover,..had the car over a week and extremely happy..

Recent purchase of Kia Niro PHEV and part-ex of our car. I cannot fault the process from start to finish. Fair price for our car and what we paid for the (nearly) new Kia. The car is faultless. Mike Brewer Motors were Outstanding is the only word to describe the level of customer service and quality of vehicle. The vehicle I purchased had a very small chip on one of the door edges that I spotted on viewing the vehicle, I mentioned it to the salesperson and before I could blink the smart repair team were sorting it as I did the paperwork. ....OUTSTANDING.... 5 🌟

The whole experience was great from finding them on Google to the layout of the website. Initial phonecall gave me confidence that I wasn't walking into a pushy sales environment. The car was the right model,the right mileage,the right condition and the right price. Ian,our salesperson, was very helpful, gave me plenty of time to look at the vehicle, explained how the company works with their lease company. There was no pressure at all to buy. Really pleased with the Vitara purchase. Chris was helpful, non pushy and a very fair part exchange deal was reached quickly and with the minimum of fuss. The car looked like brand new on collection and also very accommodating pulling the time forward on the day due to the snow forecasted for later on.

Excellent car dealers, the sales staff are easy to deal with, no pushy sales, just straightforward correspondence to enable an easy and stress free car purchase, delivery staff for the vehicle are also excellent, the car was prepared very well for sales and delivery and so far I have had no problems with the car and am very pleased with my purchase.
