Mike was so professional yet he put us at completely at ease. He really listened to us in our situation regarding running our own Google ads campaign as we had previously been with an ads agency. He was so knowledgeable and open and gave us practical hints and tips as well as interpreting our needs and budget. He didn’t try to get us to spend more money which he could easily have done. I hired Mike Ncube to run a one-month Google Ads campaign for our clinic, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. The campaign delivered terrible results, with £2,500 spent and only two conversions — no strategy, no optimisation, and no communication on improvements.
Despite telling him in writing that I would review performance before continuing, he went ahead and charged my card £400 without permission for a second month — after I had already paused the campaign and removed his access from the ad account. He ignored multiple refund requests and continued to justify the charge based on vague terms never agreed upon.
This person is not only unprofessional but operates in a way that borders on fraudulent. Be extremely careful before giving him access to your business accounts or payment details. I’ve had to involve my solicitor to pursue the refund.
Absolutely not recommended.

I contacted Mike about a training session on Google Ads..

As the owner of a small business I don't have the budget to outsource my ads to an agency or consultant and so decided to manage it myself.

Problem is I had no idea if what I was doing was right! Everything about setting up my ads including budgetting, setting realistics bidding, keywords, broad vs exact, locations etc was completely alien - that's before I got into trying to analyse if my ads were working as intended!

Mike gave me a 2 hour training session to help me understand how I could be more efficient, what a good return looked like, how I could tweak my ads as they collected more data and more.

Don't Waste your time..

Entered into an agreement with Mr. Ncube to set up 2 new 'better performing' campaigns and manage them.
We are already well versed in Adwords but needed someone to manage the campaigns as we focus on the business.
We Had read reviews online, and he seemed pretty knowledgable and able, or so we thought....
Both new Campaigns that were set up for us were so basic, it was a joke. Both costing us £350.
We literally could have set them up ourselves in 10 minutes.
The most generic keywords you could imagine that would have cost us thousands in wasted clicks in a matter of days. No structure to the Ads, product groups, ect ect.
No input from him as to how we should structure the campaigns, no advice on key terms, no conversation on budget, nothing.
We immediately told him to cease work before these shoddy campaigns did any harm to our business, and also removed his access to Adwords.
We're not experts in these fields by any means, but luckily we do have some knowledge from working with others over the last 10 years, otherwise this fool would have cost us thousands and wrecked existing campaigns.
Not to mention the 'ongoing management fees' which are laughable at £550 a month.

We are fair people, and As a goodwill gesture, we told him to keep the £350 for the campaigns he had set up, but asked for the £550 30-day management fee he had charged us.
Yep, you guessed it, not a chance. Basically robbed us of £550 for doing no work.

My advice;
If you have no experience in Adwords, this guy might set you up a campaign or two, but it will be extremely poor and cost you a lot of money unnecessarily.
Go elsewhere.

If your using Adwords now, have some experience in these matters and are looking for a competent manager?
Go elsewhere.

As you have said, 'all based on the info we provided", no input from yourself about the campaigns, just a generic set of terms, and basic campaigns that are totally useless at best, and potentially damaging at worst.
What you should be providing to your clients as a 'professional' charging people sizeable sums for your services is input!
Input into what constitutes a good campaign, input into what works best, and input into actually doing the job you have been paid for.
Not simply dismissing shoddy workmanship by saying "Oh well, I did it based on the info you provided"!
Really poor attitude.

As for the PayPal dispute, this is ongoing so you can't possibly surmise the outcome!

I wish you well too, but suggest you up your game and stop ripping people off with terrible service
