Mike's Bike Park Rocks!

Mike's Bike Park is one of the best shops I have ever had the pleasure of shopping in. They have been my shop for the three years they have been open. As a woman when shopping for bikes and bike parts it can be intimidating, but no one there has ever made me feel awkward or unknowledgeable. I am never pressured to buy anything I don't need but am given the information I need to make the right choices in my purchases. They are also open 7 days a week and almost always have a mechanic on staff to assist with repairs. Stop in and you won't be disappointed.

Mikes Bike Park Dayton Ohio False advertising

So I picked out a bike, paid for it everything and rode it in there park only. The next day I got in contact with them and spoke to Alex he said I could return the bike I had a sticker on it but he said if I got it off it would be fine, I called the next day before going in to make let them know I was coming in to return it and the lady said they don’t do return and I would have to get in contact with the owner so I did. Which then led it past the 48hour mark of the return not my fault he said I need to take in to consideration that the bike can be upgraded and it’s a nice bike witch I did but I felt like he was trying to get me to keep it so I didn’t know what to say I felt bad but I still wanted the refund I emailed him back said I guess I will then right after that I said I’d rather have the return then he says I can’t and that he gave me the chance and that it’s past the time but they made it that way, anyway don’t get a bike there , they don’t let u return it in the 48 hour mark like it says on the receit and policy, it’s not true. So there is no return then and they basically scammed u. DONT GET A BIKE HERE.
