BE CAREFUL
I am in South Africa and use to purchase cigars from Mike without issues until recently. I purchased cigars and shipping label was created on the 17th November 2025. To date, shipment is still awaiting USPS acceptance. The manager, Jason said he will sort it out and he is no longer answering emails and whats-app messages.

The cigar lighter I purchased was excellent. Follow up customer service was also excellent. I highly recommend Mike's Cigars.

Really Horrible Customer Service. Really Ridiculous Return Policy, 50% Restocking Fee!! For sending me substandard Drew Estate cigars, which I've smoked for over 10 years. I got a bad box, ok, replace it like all other cigar houses do. Send a return shipping label and a new box. They just ignored me after my request. The only thing Mike's cigars is good for is to have another cigar house price match if they happen to have a lower price.

Ordered $196 worth of cigars using cc. Cigars were never delivered but my cc was charged. Spent 2 weeks calling and chasing them. Experienced poor customer service and little interest or effort in helping resolve the issue. Poor customer service. Finally had to cancel cc transaction. Be aware!

I have ordered cigars and this order was sended back from the tax gouverment ( german tax and tabacco roules for import are bery strong ) Jason from Mikes Cogars offered to pay back my money minus cost for transport and re-storage. It was ok for me. Jason told me, he need 2-3 working days for payment. Then I didn't hear from him anymore and he didn't respond to my questions anymore. For me an incredibly bad service

I purchased a Groupon deal for Mike cigars. My order took almost a month to receive. What they advertised on Groupon and what I received was not even close to what was advertised. Which wasn't the issue the cigar quality was bad some had tears and one wasn't even smoke able. I would never order from this place again. And no high quality ciagrs where in my package. Don't waste your time or money on this site.

Terrible customer service. Argumentative and will not do anything if something goes wrong with your order. I ordered a box of expensive cigars as a present and paid for 3 day UPS so they would arrive on time. The order never arrived and UPS tracking said a claim should be filed. Contacted customer service multiple times and after 10 days finally asked them to send out a replacement or refund me and they did nothing. Called on a Saturday and was told they needed manager approval and no manager was working but they would call me. Never heard back from them and ended up disputing the charge with my credit card.

I've been ordering from Mikes for many years. No issues.

Bought a Groupon and ordered a variety pack of cigars as a gift. Ended up not giving the gift and since the merchandise is still fully sealed in its original packaging I emailed the company for a return authorization number. Have attempted to contact them 3x with no response. This is unprofessional and unacceptable!!
