Delicious Food and Perfect Service!
I have experienced a great dinner with my family at Miklagaard, They have a nice ambience! I would really recommend their Burgers and Steaks as well as Desserts!
I was invited by my children on my birthday to eat there. They know I love steak but sadly I send my steaks back because not many places know how to cook steak in Copenhagen.
I was blown away by the fantastic waguu steak, cooked to perfection, the wonderful salmon "ball" as a starter, the great attention paid by the staff and especially Feliks our waiter.
The quality of the ingredients really comes through from the food to the homemade lemonade.
The whole place was lovely and clean, especially the toilets, as they always are a sign of a clean kitchen.
I compliment the chef, the staff and last but not least the owner for providing an unforgettable experience.
Really kind staff, service above average. They talk to you in manners and look you in the eyes when they talk to you. We had great exeperience and recieved service and compliments. When we recieved our steaks, he forgot to bring bread. We didnt even know that bread would come along so it was no big deal. He offered us dessert on the house for everyone on the table because of the bread thingy. We of course tipped them 😀 we will gladly come back!
It was an alright place, the atmosphere was nice and the quality of the coffee and desserts was alright. The service management was the poorest of all services I’ve ever experienced in all fairness. I was really surprised about the lack of service management. The waiters were very unqualified as they lacked descent customer service. Very disappointing and very appealing of not visiting the place again. Miklagaard Cafe, you should give your staff a thorough understanding and training in how to welcome and service your customers. Very surprisingly poor level of service.
