I am travelling with kids (12 and 14)…

I am travelling with kids (12 and 14) horrible experience! It s June, air con off, queuing 25 minutes for passport control in the queue dedicated (and compulsory!) for kids under 14! Only 1 person for passport control, lots of kids tired and stressed parents, all packed in hot temperature! Next to us, the regular queue for all other passengers, moving on quicker…. What s the point of slowing down kids and parents, queuing in a stressful slow line??? It took us 29 minutes for passport checks only (after passing security!!!)

No staff and huge queues

It is shocking the situation at Bergamo’s airport. Huge queue for the security control, the screen said waiting time 23min, the queue was moving and it took me one hour to get to security.
No staff , absolutely no one to ask what was going on.
Near the security belt there was only one member of staff. I felt for him, he got all the frustration of the people queuing.
Lots of people lost their flight because there was no help in getting through people on the first flights first.
I never want to fly from this airport ever again!

ryanair 2020 complaint because of mrs turtle

ryanair 2020 complaint because of mrs turtle
ryanair complaint for a very ridiculous arrogant |worker|, that was lazy like a turtle

I usually do not travel from this airport so I do not know if this type of lazy employees like a turtle employees are normal there

we have found her when she was working at the ryanair counter, were they check the ticket and document, prior to the boarding on the airplane, at the orio al serio, bergamo airport

i try to describe her for ryanair, so they can find out who was the suspicious employee

she was able to speak Italian at a minimum level, but she was clearly an immigrant from an arab country from north africa, perhaps agypt, algeria or one of the other similar, hehe glorious countries

she was working at the gate counter for one of the flights from orio al serio to cologne/bonn at early in the morning

employee problems

she was slow as a turtle
but the primary problem was her laziness

I gave her the ticket and document id but the document id was inside a plastic removable cover

she took out the document out of the document plastic removable cover and with an arrogant attitude she told me, the following exact words

i have removed the document from the plastic cover, but next time remove the cover by yourself, or otherwise i will have to work too much and they pay me a miserable salary *and i add that perhaps that was a miserable salary for a miserableemployee

so ryainair or orio al serio airport managementm why do you pay these people

do you pay them to make a paid vacation or to work

i was with a few collegues and she had the same laziness, ridicolous attitude with all of us

if other customers finds her on their way, I suggest them to to complaint about her, if required
