Milan Clothing Reviews 

This company is a scam. I ordered from them in Mid June it is now August and I have yet to receive my package. I requested a refund and they refuse to issue it. This is a scam!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Customer service is quick to respond, but their not helpful at all. On their site they will inform you that if your not happy with your purchase you can get a full refund. As of yesterday, I was told to ship my cheap quality clothes to China instead of the vendor who is here in Florida. Once the vendor informs them they will refund, bs. Not to mention they "Milanchoice said it's very expensive to send back to China so I should basically just keep the clothes etc... I wish I could find away to include a screen shot of the conversation. Do not order from this company as the clothes are cheap, doesn't even come with a tag that tells you the size or how to wash. I will be making a complaint to BBB today to try to get my money back. F.y.i use PayPal which I didn't do supposed to a debit or credit card.

Item ordered in May and it’s August and I’ve never received it despite them saying they were sending it multiple times. Do NOT order from them.

Luckily, I did not order, I simply posted on Facebook that the reviews are horrible and that people should read them before ordering and Milan Boutique blocked me so I can say anything on their post.

This company is a scam in my book their clothing is of terrible quality. I recently ordered a couple of items. They were to small I spent over $60 for all three items. I sent them back which I spent $27 for shipping. I received a call from UPS they wrote return to sender. They offered me $15 dollars for a refund and advised me to give the clothing to a friend.

They keep telling me the item shipped and send screenshot of a tracking number that only states label created. I understand ENGLISH very well that only means they created the ticket and didn't ship anything. luckily I'm only out of $60 but imagine how many people these folks scam like this.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MILAN. They are a scam! The clothing they advertise are NOT their clothes. If you request a refund they will tell tou it's to expensive to return the items and will offer you $10.00 credit. If you refuse the $10.00 credit they will send you a fake address to return the items. I lost $60.00 + shipping and handling. When the reviews get too bad they will just change their name to another company.

DO NOT SHOP MILANCHOICE! The product that I received is NOT what was advertised on their website. This is a China-based company and to return any product you have to pay a large fee to get it back to China. This is not detailed on their website and the customer service person told me:

As the shipping fee is very expensive, we recommend that you keep the products in use.
We can issue 10USD refund for you as compensation.
Yu can keep original ones to your friend.
We are looking forward to your reply.

Milanchoice! It's a scam! Not the same material at all. I bought it's a holiday shorts set and the one time shorts set and they're so bad. Material is not the same on the videos. The clothes smells weird! Dont not buy from here

Total scam! They stole the videos and pics from House of Tinx.
There clothes are copies that are cheaply made and look nothing like the images they stole

I’ve been waiting on my clothing for 2 months!! For the last 3 weeks, I’ve been emailing them telling them to keep their clothes and refund my money. No refund and no response

I wanted to return my products and they wouldn’t do it! Told me to keep the products or give them away. They blocked me on Social media so I would leave a review. Don’t order from this company

I ordered a shorts set. I received a UPS tracking number. The number wound up being invalid, so I contacted Milan. They sent me a second tracking number which was USPS and not UPS. I've checked this number and there has been no activity on it for weeks. I'm still awaiting my short set. NEVER AGAIN! Don't be duped by the advertising photos. You will be giving your money away.

It took a month to receive was nothing close to what was pictured. They tried to offer me $10 for some jeans I paid $52 for if I didn’t ship it back. They sent me a fake address to return my item to and I can’t even contact PayPal

People Please Read Reviews !!! This place is a scam do not waste your time or money ordering from this company !! I ordered a month ago and still have not received my merchandise. No one responds to you when you email them with concerns and there is no way to get your money back. I spent $150 on this site and I’m very upset.

I place an order two months ago haven’t received yet. I have follow with emails and keep getting the same response that is delayed due covid-19. However I had order from other places and received this is not looking good. I would be very surprised if I receive it. Best not order anything from them I would say.

I ordered two short outfits over a month ago and still have not received any of it. I’m out $68. So sad that people can do this and we cannot do anything about it. Such a scam!!!

I ordered an item from them on March 11, 2020. It is June 1st and I still haven't received the item.

Took so long to get here and when it does I COULDNT FIT NOTHING a Large is like a s/m and a 1x is like a Large. There sizing is VERY off and they told me they were from New York but is actually from CHINA not only that but the jeans where fitting very weird. I ordered other things from them at the same time with the jeans now still waiting for them to arrive after it been so long but when it do I will leave another review on the other clothes. I WOULDNT RECOMMED ORDERING. They LIE! And also hide bad reviews
