Absolute scam. Take your money and no product turned up. Tried multiple times to contact to request a refund and nothing. Totally unacceptable rip off merchant. Will be taking legal action just out of principle

I decided not to follow the several advices on the net about this terrible company. I placed an order for 2 polo shirts in size L and paid via PayPal. When package arrived (poor packaging, just a flyer with 2 poly bags inside with no protection, no box…which resulted in getting the goods balled up and wrinkled) much to my surprise I received a 1 size L and 1 a size 2XL. I immediately sent a claim. They took 2/3days to come back and offered a 15% discount, which I refused asking again for a change with correct size or refund, they then offered a 30% discount. I again refused and repeated my request. They then informed to accept the return but shipping charges (to China) were on me. This is absolutely ridiculous since I paid the correct amount for a size L and it was their mistake to deliver a 2XL. All this back&forth communication went on for some time. Seeing no possible take charge of responsibility by them I opened a claim through PayPal and in a week time I got refunded by PayPal. I still have the wrong size shirt: should they want it back they have to pay for transport cost. So up to now they lost money due to the fact PayPal refunded me and secondly they lost one 2XL shirt which is still here waiting to be returned with their carrier when they will provide me with a proper pre-paid shipping label.

I wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered. Trainers are supposed to be leather. They’re cheap pvc that would cost no more than a fiver in a market. Even the sizing isn’t correct.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Wow - wish I had know this was a SCAM before I paid and ordered. now stuck with a purchase that doesn't even FIT.

Please, stay away! Trust my review. I never write anything. Got really cheap stuff. Very baggy. It was a Christmas gift! :( received a first email from them and it looked like they wanted to give the best service ever saying that I had different options. Never got an answer after that. What a scame! People actually work honestly to make a living. It’s terrible!

Scam alert. Clothing didn’t look like advertised photos and fit was wrong. Website gives a return policy telling you to email their support line. Emailed 3x with no response. Tried the number the had provided to my credit card company and it was bogus. Clearly a scam

I was scammed just like everyone else who has posted a horrible review on this company. Don't be fooled by their advertising! Notice there is no phone number listed anywhere online for these people only an email that they do not reply to! They take your money, ship you knock off merchandise that does not look like the pictures on the website or fit anywhere near regular sizes, and then when you email them you get a generic automated reply letting you know for the first time that they do not take returns and they will never email you back again to any of your attempts at trying to reach them. WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW NOT TO GIVE THIS FAKE COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!

After 15 days, I emailed every day to check where my parcel was. Never, ever received a response. Delivery was apparently on day 20. Never received parcel so emailed again. Again, no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY

Easy returns on their website is false. Offered me 50% instead. I agreed. No refund and no responses.

I had the same experience as many others. Didn't like the product, asked to return it, they offered me 50% and said just keep the items, to which I did not agree. Now they stopped responding to emails.

This is the first online company that I’ve been scammed by. Please do not purchase any of their products!!

Complete scam. Same as other comments - horrible quality clothing, off-label, long shipping, and no returns. They offer 50% off, but then completely stop responding to emails, regardless of how many times you try to follow up.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! I placed an order on 12/8/23 and no tracking information was provided. I followed up within 24 hours asking for tracking information and they said it would take 3-6 business days to get the teaching information. I sent an email on day 6 and no response, I followed up again on day 7 and I received a tracking number w showing that the item is coming from China?! Nowhere on the website is this information provided and I would’ve never placed the order had I been notified. Very disappointing, this company is a total fraud.

Do not buy!!! They sent me a jacket I purchased and it was 3 sizes too small. I wrote to them and they told me they would send out the right size and that I could just keep the small. It’s been two week, haven’t heard anything and when I asked, they acted like they had no idea of what they promised. Now they aren’t responding.
FYI, these jackets have no label and this company is shady.

I recently purchased a jacket in good faith from this website. Once I received it I determined that it was not something that I wanted. I contacted Milan support about doing a refund and was told that they could replace it with something else or refund half of my money and I could keep the jacket. I responded that I did not want the jacket and wanted a full refund. Since then, I have not heard back from them. I have sent several emails with no further responses. I have also notified the Federal Trade Commission about this business. I will continue to respond to future postings by the company and the webpage. This is a very suspicious business with even poor customer service.

This merchant is selling off-brand $5-10 sweaters from AliExpress as their own brand. Measurements are not accurate and quality is not great.
Do not accept returns but offered 50% back.
Stopped responding when I said this is not acceptable.
