Scam website, robotic replies from customer service. Typical "Chinese" online retail experience

I received a pair of heavily scratched and damaged boots with actual HOLES between the sole and the leather. I reported the incident a day later and, I swear, they have been the most annoying and incomprehensible customer service I've ever come across. They will force you to believe that it's normal for them not to cover ANY shipping cost regardless of the fact that they regularly ship damaged items so as to discourage you from returning anything. Here's their tactic if you actually make the mistake of ordering from their sad website,

they'll be petty, they'll keep on saying the same thing so that you believe that there's no point

if you really insist and threaten for bad reviews (bc that's all you can do to companies under Xi Jinping dictatorship) they will offer a really bad deal for you that no other Western company would ever have the audacity to offer.

for them shipping a completely ripped item they'll force you to believe that it's your duty to spend 70EUR or $ to send the item back to the PRC. Which you obviously won't do, so they'll say that you didn't want the return after all.

at this point you will end up with having spent 100+ in a damaged item, tons of time spent with a customer service that really doesn't care about you since they're terrorizing the West and you'll make another chinese scammer even richer.

These things were always unheard of in the US or Europe and the more we support these behaviors and cultures of doing business, the more they'll scam us.

YOU WERE WARNED. I will try my best for this review to stay up there for all my fellow citizens. You can also reach me at aristo_98@hotmail if you want pictures more proof or anything.

A interdire en France absolument: FRAUDULEUX

Horrible Customer service. I never get refunded my item of 120 euros and I paid 36 euros to send it back to China from France!
My Bank never received the payment. I am helpless and the customer service refuses to help me anyhow.

Please never order from this company and the coat I bought was brown instead of creme color and the quality bad.
