En Milanuncios, aconsejamos realizar todas las transacciones dentro de nuestra plataforma. Si no es posible utilizar Milanuncios Express para la compraventa, te recomendamos encarecidamente que mantengas toda la comunicación dentro del chat oficial de Milanuncios. Esta práctica ayuda a garantizar tu seguridad y la del otro usuario durante todo el proceso de compraventa.
Dicho esto, colaboramos estrechamente con las autoridades así que es de vital importancia ponerlo en su conocimiento. Si ya lo has denunciado, es importante que les indiques también:
- De qué forma te llegó la primera comunicación para la "compra" del artículo que anunciabas (sms, whatsapp, email o el chat de Milanuncios).
- La fecha y hora en la que se produjo ese contacto.
- La referencia del anuncio al que se dirigía.
Solicita al banco el detalle del cargo indebido donde aparezca reflejado:
- El código de comercio.
- La fecha y hora exacta del cargo.
- El importe.

The platform works well to advertise products, but communication with buyers becomes very difficult when you reach the point of organising collection because the platform blocks the use of telephone numbers, email addresses and google maps locations.

If I could give a minus star
If I could give a minus star, I would. I am based in Portugal.
The buyer chooses to use Milanuncios to perform the transaction. For 4 days I have been told that I must deposit money into my account and they then do a verification simulation either my money. The money is spirited away, and I have to keep adding money for them to continue. Now, they tell me in order to proceed, I must deposit €300 onto my card. That this is the last step and that everything will be refunded together with the payment.
I remind the reader that this has been continuing for 4 days. In that time I must stay on my phone to confirm the simulation on my bank app.
What is going on that this is acceptable and normal?? In addition, when I questioned if they are Nigerians, the agent had threatened me!
If anyone has some idea of how to deal with this I will be very grateful.
I will cancel the sale, of course.

If you're lucky, you might get an answer from the seller
Appears to be the largest second hand ad site in Spain. Lots of ads, goods and everything...
However, it is a big frustration that the page does not allow or does not require telephone number or any direct contact on the seller other than the site's messaging system.
Sellers don't get notified right away and me as a buyer I get no responses from sellers.
As it happened to me several times, I messaged the seller then never got an answer.

Que no obtengas respuesta por parte de un usuario de la plataforma puede deberse a varios motivos.
Por ejemplo, hay muchos anunciantes que no revisan su correo todos los días o que quizá no reciban los mensajes, por ejemplo, si tienen la bandeja de entrada llena.
