They set up camp at NHS without approval so we all assumed this was a legitimate service. Only to find out any of the expenses they promised were not approved by HMRC. I received 2k and ended up paying 6k back. They refused to answer phone and messages. Dan Petch dealt with my claim. I hope they get what’s coming to them after destroying lives of people including myself!

Horrible service - There was an incorrect submission of the mileage when the car was months from new. This brought the value of the car down when I went to sell as it indicated a discrepancy. Having found this is the website that records the mileage I called to correct the issue. They asked for a "key read" from the dealer. I've provided multiple updated versions of this and there has been no change. Each time i emailed an update over the last year, I received no response or a response asking for "a clearer image" or something similar, only to once again not respond when their request is completed.
