Descriptions on the website are not correct which often is misleading customers. Then when you want to return the item since it is different in reality, they ask you 130e for the return even though it is their fault.
I feel bad for this since I bought so many things from them, but will not buy anything anymore.

As indicated by our after-sales service, and confirmed to us by our Quality and Product departments, these are two products from different collections and not from the same manufacturer. The same material used on different items will have a different color depending on the manufacturing process and finishes used, as is the case here.
We understand your dissatisfaction, but we cannot attribute this to an error on our part. The photos of your products and your screenshots from the website clearly show that the furniture has the same color in real life as it does on our website.

Unfortunately, this time it is a truly disappointing experience. We ordered a bed and two nightstands.
2 separate deliveries.
As for the disappointment:
1st. - the delivery. In both cases, the transport was not done on the day that it was scheduled, and we ended up waiting both days and being blocked at home. The bed arrived 2 days later in the morning, and the nightstands the following day. I am asking myself, why bother to make the booking on a concrete day, if thats not reliable?!
2nd - I have had to make a complaint about 3 out of3 items. The bed was ok, until you were putting the frame stripes together and all the fitters in the center and some on the sides cracked. Also both nightstands are with small but unfortunately visible damage.
In both cases, I am waiting for a response from Miliboo.

Product is very good. Delivery service was extremely rude and made it difficult to check order on delivery while the company doesnt even offer free returns making checking on delivery mandatory

Though the chair took some time to ship, it arrived incredibly well packaged and was easy to assemble. It is great quality and very comfortable and structurally works very well. Very pleased with the quality of the piece.
