There was a small hiccup with my recent order, but the team handled it quickly and professionally, very responsive and straight to the point. I’m now onto my new set and love it, perfect for everyday wear.

AWFUL! RUN!!!!
Oh. My. Gosh. My order must have been lost or something, they can’t or just refuse to track it down… they’ve been leading this on for a month now with zero updates. They do not give a FLYING EFF about their customers, customer service is HORRID!!! At this point they are thieves. Not refunding a customer and not helping them get their order. I hope this place gets shut down. Don’t take your chances.

Extremely helpful customer service
Extremely helpful customer service and very very fast delivery. The team was able to help me find my best match after I had chosen a tone a bit too light for my hair and the replacement was promptly delivered as well. Great, would definitely shop again!

I don’t like the hair clip
I don’t like the hair clip. I tried to curl it, but it doesn’t work, and it dose not feel real hair like you claimed – it looks very fake. I didn’t buy straight hair, but curly hair. I was able to curl the testers, but not the one I got when I opened the package. I tried and tried to curl it, but it just doesn’t work.

Here's why you can curl the small weft but have difficulty with the main weft: Extensions are very thick so with a larger weft, trying to curl too much hair at once can prevent the heat from distributing evenly, which means the curl won’t take properly.
We recommend working in much smaller sections, using a consistent temperature, and allowing each curl to cool fully before moving on. When styled in this way, the hair should curl just as well as the tester.
That said, we’d really like to help you get the best result possible. If you’d like to reach out to our customer care team, they’d be happy to talk you through the technique or look into this further with you. 😊 🙌

Noticable drop in quality
I've been ordering their light blonde highlighted extensions for a few years now (I think I'm on my 6th or 7th pair) and the last ones I've gotten are of really poor quality. The hair isn't blended and mixed nicely at all like it used to be, instead it's a patchy mess of really thick yellow/white highlights which look like they haven't really been processed correctly. I will definitely be switching to a different brand.
EDIT:
What is this nonsense about my account information not matching a customer account? This is the same e-mail I've used to order them.
Also, why are you telling me now to contact you when you literally state on your website you don't do returns after extensions have been taken out of the box?

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company.
My daughter wanted to buy me some new extensions for Christmas, I chose them & she ordered them the same day. Few days later she noticed there had been no correspondence via email to say they’d been shipped etc so she contacted them . They emailed back to tell her that she had pre ordered the item because it wasn’t in stock . I can categorically say that when we purchased this item there was no mention what so ever about it being a pre order , the website blatantly said “add to basket” , nothing to state it was a pre order . Their customer service proceeded to practically blame us for apparently not spotting something that was never even there at the time we bought them. They gave my daughter the option of either waiting until they get their stock in the new year ( but couldn’t even give her a specific date or month as to when they will be in stock) OR , get a refund which can take up to 28 days ! At this point I was fuming because it feels like they trap you . What’s the point in buying something for Xmas if it’s not going to come until after new year ? But if you choose a refund ( which was £164) you’re to wait up to 28 days for it which means you’ve then got to go spend more money buying some extensions elsewhere in the meantime whilst awaiting your refund . I definitely will not be choosing this company again . I’ve bought from them a few times in the past but I’ll stick to BW from now on . My daughter requested the refund & we purchased some from BW which arrived the following day .

The hair is so gorgeous, wore it on my wedding day and it was perfect.
Their costumer service is unmatched, from helping to pick the right colour, to sending the hair very quickly and for assisting me when my hair got stuck in customs. Maddison, among other were amazing help.
