All works pretty well as intended, if a product is unavailable an alternative is supplied
On one occasion when I had forgotten to cancel and was away the milkman found the uncollected bottles and made enquires to ensure I was OK.

I have been a customer for about three or four months, since then I have had need to call them four or five times regarding, wrong orders, missing orders and substituted loaves of bread that I have told them I would rather have non than a white loaf. Then the last delivery was late due to a breakdown but in the end didn’t arrive. They are spot on with refunding each time but that isn’t why I became a customer. I want regular, accurate deliveries, not apologies. I have tried using the contact form on your site and it doesn’t work. It just keeps telling me that certain characters are under line. And I have also tried sending an email with the contact details that you gave me in this review and it says that they cannot send as an address does not exist. I really am getting through the board with dealing with your company. It is touch and go but I am going to cancel my account in the next couple of days.

As an oldie who doesn't have a car, I'm dependent on delivery of milk, rather than carrying the added weight of milk from a supermarket. It doesn't matter what the weather - my wonderful milkman makes it through gale-force winds, torrential rain and heatwaves to deliver. I'm also pleased not to be adding to plastic waste by using glass, reusable bottles.

Our milk arrives overnight in recyclable glass bottles so no plastic waste and empties are collected next time. It’s also reliably delivered on specified days of the week. My order can easily be changed up to late evening before delivery and it’s also easy to pause deliveries for holidays.

We have received milk deliveries from Milk & More for more years than I can remember.
We have always been well served and satisfied. Thank you.

Milk & more make ordering and managing our deliveries really easy through the app. We never see our milkman as he always delivers early in the morning, which means we have our milk in plenty of time for our breakfast. I wish more people would get their milk delivered - it's so much better for the environment having recyclable glass instead of the growing problem of waste plastic.

Delivery staff are absolutely wonderful people - hard working and diligent.
Sadly, after using the company for a long period of time, we are reluctant to order further products. Reason for this is, after no notice the beautiful sourdough bread has been removed from the order list. We tried to find out why they stopped selling the bread but no response. Very poor customer communication from our experience.

We rely on our milk delivery, and also request something extra as needed.

Great milkman, lots of very high quality products. Never fails.

I have always found your app difficult to use. I was trying to increase my regular order which was not difficult but when I checked to see if I had done it correctly I saw a lot of confusing information. So I shall have to wait until tomorrow’s delivery to see if i got it right

Dependable, always informed of changes in deliveries in good time, easy to contact and make requests online.

Fresh milk, juice and fruit delivered to your doorstep before midnight and is left outside for several hours!
They promise your milk to be delivered by 7am, but they come the night before, meaning your milk will spoil in the heat before you get up in the morning. Totally unacceptable.
I’ve had 2 deliveries spoiled because of this, customer service told me to buy a cool box! Unbelievable. Maybe deliver as close to 7am as possible so it’s still fresh!!

Also, I’ve had items missing on multiple occasions due to stock issues, only once have they refunded without me asking!

I have had a milkman for 50 years. When my service was closed I was devestated. The shops are not near and summer or winter, through out Covid ,Milk and More have continued with this impeccable service. My milkman never fails to deliver and I am able with the app to alter my deliveries as needed. I know that if I am ill,milk and more will deliver anything I need.

Normally all good, and I'm pleased to receive my oat milk as well as some dairy (for coffee only) in recyclable bottles.
However, my loaf of bread didn't arrive on 4 July 2026 - my only complaint!

Reliable deliveries 3 times a week. In the hot weather I set my alarm for 4.30 a.m. to bring the milk in as soon as it arrives. I am able to do this because my milkman is so regular with his timing.
