I love everything about Milk & More and rely on them for regular deliveries of not just milk but sparkling water, butter, household supplies, the list goes on. There is a brilliant feature where you can add items until 9pm the evening before the next delivery date, which has saved me on many an occasion! The delivery people do a great job.

I have used Milk &More for years,and it's super reliable. Fresh milk always there on the doorstep when you get up .Early enough to bring in if off to work you go or to put in the cuppa to ease the start to the day.And now they offer other lovely products too.

Disappointing experience. Despite having a wooden box and a cooling bag inside it the milk goes off within hours and I have now given up on Milk and More for fresh milk and pastries (stale). Such a shame as I really wanted to support this tradition when we moved recently. This company is inconsistent and offers poor value. Pouring milk down the drain is not my idea of sustainability!

I’m old enough to remember when you could only get milk delivered to your door. I think this is the most ecologically correct way to get milk. My milkman is reliable and he always delivers my order even when I have to amend it at short notice.

Brilliant service first class

Very reliable, our milk is always waiting for us when we get up! Able to order up to 9pm the night before which is great when you need emergency bread! Excellent service.

We have nothing but praise for Milk & More. Our 'invisible' milkman never misses despite having to deliver out in the sticks in all weathers. He is so quiet not even the dog hears him. Being able to order extras online is an absolute boon. We could not ask for more.

On behalf of my vulnerable elderly client I am completely disappointed in the service from milk and more. She was transferred to them because her local dairy closed and was taken over by milk and more.

We were told she needed to pay by direct debit. I became concerned because despite having invoices milk and more were never taking money. I called numerous times to raise this issue only to be told by reps at milk and more they will take it on X date.

She has never received emails or a call from milk and more chasing payment , we have always contacted asking to pay and told it will be definitely be taken out her bank.

Today I received a call from carers to say she had no milk delivered on Friday. I again call milk and more firstly to be told I must be mistaken as they don’t deliver to that address, when I explained she was a customer that transferred from another dairy that changed matters. No one seems to have a clue what is going on at customer service and you get passed department to department.

Milk and more ceased her account without any prior warning which I find completely baffling. Administration is clearly lacking at milk and more.

Can be relied upon to deliver what’s on order and always available for breakfast. The customer service is second to none and has sorted my queries efficiently

For all the years I have had my milk delivered by Milk and More they have been excellent and reliable delivering in all weathers and very early in the morning too. 10 out of 10. 🤗

This company used to be reliable however, in the last few months I have had 3 missed deliveries and 2 contaminated bottles of milk and juice.
Although the customer service apologises they do not offer a refund until I ask for one. Also they do not offer compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to have breakfast until I go to the shops. Very poor customer service.

Milk is always in box on delivery day and when i ordered cool box it was there next day, good service and delivered during the night with no disturbance

Deliveries are always nice and early so the milk is here in time for breakfast or whenever you need it.

If there are going to be any issues with delivery staff holidays we receive emails informing us that delivery times are subject to change, which is very fair.

It’s so easy to skip or edit deliveries up to 9pm the night before.

Deteriorated from the 70s flavours variety were all different filling a top and bottom tray like coco nut rose cheery lime lemon coffee now 4 bland flavours repeated 4 x

Delivery always on time and always fresh.
I love being able to change my order right up to the night before delivery.
They always keep me informed of up comming holidays, changes and even offers, which includes free items.

Great products.... Great service

It great having our milk delivered early in the morning and also it helps with glass bottles to be more green. We can also add other items to our order for delivery at the same time as the milk. The delivery service is good.

Great delivery service of fresh milk, I have been using this company for years and I can’t fault their service and customer care. Ordering extra milk or other products is easy on the website or app, you can suspend deliveries when away. I was always forgetting to buy milk on the way home, so this is super convenient, you can order extra milk for the next day before 9pm. It has been delivered in all weathers too.
