The website is easy to use. It was so simple to upload our pictures, create personalized layouts for each page, and use a variety of presets to create a beautiful design for our book.

Milk … and honey! Excellent.
I had over 1000 images to manage and plan how to compile into an eighty page A4 magazine. My picture file quickly loaded into the milk app and after selecting my preferred page layout template, pictures automatically flowed into the pages like magic! After resizing some, changing others and a little fine-tuning, an hour later it was on its way to print. Ten days later the Milk Man arrived with my package. The corrugated outer box revealed another presentation box immaculately wrapped in crisp white paper. The packaging was exquisite and my magazine magnificent.

They delete books if you have not made…
They delete books if you have not made any changes in 90 days and this is not mentioned anywhere. They also give you less than a year to complete it. I went to complete my book 5 days before its due date and found it gone.
Honestly pretty poor UX and poor clarity around the process. Wouldn't recommend.

To clarify, as MILK Books is not a long-term content storage service, projects are removed after 90 days of inactivity. Reminder emails are sent before a project is removed, so customers have the opportunity to keep their project active. If you find your project has been removed, you can contact our friendly customer service team at contact@milkbooks.com with the project title, and our team can look into whether it can be restored to your account.

It was the best wedding gift we could…
It was the best wedding gift we could have received. We made it our honeymoon photo album and it turned out lovely, amazing quality. Very easy to use and the staff were very kind and prompt with our questions.

So so worth the money! The only way to do wedding photos (or any once in a life time event) in print in my opinion.

MONEY WELL SPENT!
Im so impressed with the quality of this book, it was a lot of money to spend but money well spent! Im so happy that i have a beautiful memory of our wedding day, these photos deserve to be displayed. Uploading the photos to the website was really easy and changing the layout of each page was simple and very user friendly. No part of the process way difficult, just choosing what photos to include!
