i never receeived my money 0ver 200 pounds despite multiple and constant tries

DO NOT USE this company , they have had my iPhone 6s for nearly three weeks , it was sent special delivery Royal Mail , so I have proof that they have received it , they haven't notified me or replied to any emails that I have sent them , I will be taking legal advice on what to do next

Terrible company! I sent my mobile on the 24th of August have sent numerous emails about this and they have just updated last week they have my mobile but have heard nothing since!!! I will be contacting trading standards about this company.! DO NOT USE!!

Will be reported to the authorities LOL ok that's good maybe I will FINALLY get my bloody phone back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! absolute JOKE! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered two bags for two iPhones as they gave the best price
1 month later, still waiting for the bags and no responses to my emails when I asked them if they were a scam company...... seem dodgy to me
If they have the bare faced cheek to claim I am not a genuine customer, by all means contact me and I will show you emails and bag requests

Be warned - if you leave a bad review they will report it straight away claiming you are not a customer! They done it to me so I sent the emails and proof to trust pilot, their reporting button should be removed!

I am extremely upset with Milkmymobile.

Firstly after being offered £95 I then received an email saying that the offer had been reduced to £58. I did not feel that that was a fair price so I was willing (grudgingly) to pay £10 for the return of my phone. I tried to send this by PayPal on four separate occasions and each time the account came up saying that "the recipient was unable to receive money".

I emailed them twice to ask for alternative ways to make the payment to ensure the safe return of my phone and have not received a response. I have today emailed again to ask for the company address in order to serve a summons for the return of my property.

I really wish I had not used milkmymobile and have just sent the phone to a reputable company. Avoid at all costs. (If by any chance they have the audacity to suggest that I am not a genuine customer, as they have with others on trust pilot then please feel free to contact me and I will share with you screenshots of the emails I've sent).

I wanted to write a review leaving 0 stars! I'm still waiting for my phone that apparently is lost via Royal Mail.
This transaction took place in may. It's now august..
The response I get back every other week I email as there is no phone number is appalling!!!
I feel like I've been robbed!!

Got a great deal for my iPad Air - about £15 more than what CEX offered me.
Order process was relatively easy and postage label was free so more money for me! Hehe!

Best price on the internet. But boy do you pay for it. No communication whatsoever. Despite constant efforts. If you're willing to wait weeks for payment to come through while diving down the rabbit hole of reviews who haven't received the promised amount then so be it.
I even received a message after payment went through asking for my passcode which I had certainly disabled. Once I refused I received No further communication.

*******BEWARE******* PLease under no circumstances use this compnay. They were fine to deal with at the start and sent us the envelope straight away so we sent our 5 mobiles to them. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN PAID !! It has now been nearly 4 months and we have so many emails. They emailed us back once to say they were recieved then nothing ever again. We had over £200 worth of moniles and devestated they have done tis. I will be reporting them to everyone.

Very happy with the service. Many thanks for the extra money to buy a new phone.

They give me a very good quote for my phone and once they received my phone; paid me the Sam day.
