SCAMMERS!!! It has been over a year that I have gone after them for a reply on my order #3437 with weekly emails inquiring. Had the audacity to send me an email asking for a review of my ordered products that I never received. Total waste! Total scam! Hope they get caught and pay!

Scammers been waiting a month nothing delivered! No replies to my emails online chat or any other method and can’t for the life of me find any details as to where they’re located or any contact numbers. Fraudsters

I’ve purchased in November and still ( now it’s February) I’m yet to receive my goods! I wrote to support many times but no answer! They are Thieves! I never received my goods, never a reply to my support email and never received a refund

they took forever to get my item to me sent it the wrong place and sent me the wrong item

This “company” is a scam. Customer service is a joke, don’t expect to actually get into contact with someone and the texting help service will barely respond and refuse to send a tracking number for your items. Don’t waste a single cent here because you won’t ever get your items and their refund policy is non-existent essentially.

Amazing. Ordered the wrong item and they let me keep it and ordered me the correct one.

It's a scam, they are fraud,we should place a police complaint on this people..they are making people fool and making money they dont have any customer call centre only one email id that is also no one reply..we sent many emails but they dont reply.We paid 150 riyals through our credit card it's almost a month dint receive any product yet. Will wait for more few weeks then place an FIR on them..

Very disappointed in lack of response or service.. hopefully I can find another place that sells what I wanted from them. Terrible customer service

I should have read the reviews before ordering. But, it was only $20, which my credit card company will reimburse. I ordered an item, and I have not heard from them at all. I thought they were local (area code 786 is Miami, I think), but it sounds like they are outside the US. Don't bother.

Ordered 3 Magic Flower Birthday Candles from them back in early April. That was it. Never heard back. My emails went through to somewhere.

Don’t buy from this company, it's a scam.I place an order with them, after one week I'm still waiting for confirmation of my order.They don't bother to reply, instead I got an interesting email from the owner thanking me for my purchase but no reply to my emails after that.

SCAM!!!! ORDERED BACK IN NOVEMBER OF 2020 AND FINALLY RECEIVE IT IN FEBRUARY OF 2021. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY NEVER REPLY BACK. AWEFUL SERVICE.

Ordered a product about a month ago. Received no confirmation email and they have not responded to any of my emails. THIS IS A SCAM would not recommend anyone to order from here!! They need to be shut down

I wrote 2 emails saying I haven’t gotten any updates on my shipment in 10 days then I checked today and my orders gone. Never buy any thing off this website they never sent me my package or even respond to my emails

The delivered goods are good quality, delivery time is quite long though.

Their customer service started very good with quick replies but got bad within a month.

It you’re not in a hurry I suggest you order from them; if you are better don’t!

a TOTAL SCAM, i made the mistake to not look at the reviews before i made my purchase. I ordered items for 40$ and never got it delivered (ive been waiting 2 months) and they are not responding to emails like it said they would on the website.
