Great experience with Amanda and Joe
My children wanted a frog camping chair that was displayed outside the store. When entering I was greeted by 2 lovely staff members called Amanda and Joe who informed me that sadly they were out of the frog pattern. They then helped me by showing myself and my children the other designs they had available in the store, putting them up for the children to see and explaining how they go up and down with a handy button. Once chosen they both assisted with the till and told me about the warranty and how to follow up on that if needed. Extremely grateful to Amanda and Joe who went above and beyond for myself and my children.

Amazing staff
Carina & Richard on multiple occasions have been extremely helpful offering their advice on which walking boots, waterproof trousers & cleaning products would suit my needs and budget best for my upcoming trip. After testing the boots, their guidance is impeccable. I'm grateful for their time & patience and would recommend to anyone to visit the shop.

Exceptional service!
Greeted by very friendly staff (Beck) into an exceptionally well presented and clean store. Everything was neatly on display and well stocked. Beck helped us with all our questions and is very well versed and knowledgeable in outdoor kit. They gave us information on the pros and cons of certain items and made helpful recommendations to make the decision easier.
