Scott, at the Bury branch, was very helpful, giving useful advice.

Phoned Bury 1184 store regarding Scarpa walking boots which had developed a leak and faulty seam some 6 weeks before the end of their 2 year guarantee period. Was asked quite reasonably to bring in for inspection. Scott and Harry were both friendly and professional in their dealing with me. The faulty boots were duly inspected and like for like replacements were happily issued from stock. This validated both my faith in Scarpa's warranty and in Millets attitude to customer assistance. Thank you both.

The young man (Callum at the Wood fields Store) was very helpful and polite. The walking boots I bought were a replacement for a matching pair which I have walked the tread off so I knew I didn't really need to try them on. He explained that if I hadn't worn them outdoors and the tags were still attached I could return them for a different size or have a refund

ordered next day delivery it arrived 5 days later. Then must of been as some sort of apology, they sent me a £75 off a wine bundle voucher, bare in mind in just 16years old😂

Callum at Bury 1184 branch of Millets was very professional & helpful.
Millets offers & sales are better than any other camping places.
It would be good to put a "until date" on the offers/sale items though.

Travelled from Warrington to visit this store on the 9th August after buying a pair of Brasher boots online which were faulty. I was served by Callum and Scott who were very attentive, and dealt with this problem immediately with no trouble. Positive attitudes, friendly and offered further recommendations for things in the store. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!

Went in to buy some walking shoes. Good selection, was able to find just the right pair. There was a sale on, so price was very good and the quality is excellent. Due to the sale was also was able to pick an OS map, which was a bonus. Emily and Callum who were serving were very pleasant and were able to quickly find the right size of shoe I was looking for. Excellent.

While we were on holiday, we popped into Millets in Bury and came across Scott, who was one of the staff working that day. He was extremely helpful, knew how to relate to us as customers, and walkers !! Thank you Scott PS We went into millets because they had dog biscuits and water available, The competition two shops down wouldn’t let the dog in.
