I needed to return some faulty boots. I was greeted by Tommy who was very professional. Tommy sourced my size boots at another store, processed my refund and called the other store to reserve the boots for me. I was very happy with the service.

Whilst the store did not have the items I was looking for in stock, Tommy made an online order for me which will be delivered to my house free of charge. My experience at Millets
My experience at Millets - Chesham was very pleasant. Michael helped me try on a variety of boots and sizes without feeling pressure to hurry or buy. I ended up with a great first pair of hiking boots with no judgement on my lack of experience! Will definitely be back for more hiking equipment!

Millets always provide excellent customer service. Recently visited the Chesham branch and Jackie and Dan were super helpful in ordering a paddleboard to be delivered for me and helping me select a new tent(a tough choice after throwing away my very old one that I loved but leaked like a sieve).

Just great people at Millets
I love the staff in our local Millets on Chesham High Street: helpful, personable, friendly, and they were so kind in applying the DofE discount, even though we forgot my daughter's card a couple of months ago. Just had another lovely encounter today whilst shopping for our holiday - online can't beat the 'proper shopping' experience when staff are like that!!
