Great service
Vicki and her colleague were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Friendly staff always,been there many times and it's a pleasure to shop at millets. Always letting you know what is on offer. Great to be able to try on clothes to check correct fit.

I received excellent help and a warm friendly greeting from Sammy, who is a member of staff at the Hemel Hempstead branch. She helped me to choose a pair of waterproof trousers, she showed me various options to give me a better choice, showing her knowledge of her stock within her store.

Great shoes and friendly service
Really pleased with my walking shoes. Attentive, friendly service from Mel and Sam. The staff could tell me about the shoe and its waterproofing. Clearly knew their products. I have just moved to the area and will definitely be going there again.

Being able to do this face to face in store saved times and so much effort.
Replacement ordered, arrived the following day. Problem pair sent back, phone calls made. Problem resolved.

So helpful in this store
So helpful in this store. I bought hat, jacket, socks some gas canisters and the guy called Paul was very knowledgeable about all the products. A great experience shopping in the Hemel store. He made it happen.

Incredibly helpful customer service assistant (Meg) when I phoned the store about a BGH Air 4XL tent that was out of stock online. She then reserved the product until I was able to pick up. Great service on collection, both Meg and the store manager get gold stars. Thank you. :-)
