Excellent customer service
The customer service is second to none! I had bought walking boots last year which were going at the seams, so I was offered a new pair with no quibble. I was also given a great deal of helpful advice on choosing new boots. I would thoroughly recommend Millets!

Really knowledgeable and friendly staff
I went to purchase a tent. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the staff who talked me through my requirements and suggested options. There was no pressure selling, it was totally up to me and I left very happy with our new blackout family tent.
It was a much higher level of friendly customer service than I have ever experienced in some larger camping stores and was so impressed thought I would leave a review! Thank you Millets

Excellent service
Had the product I was looking for (a small Swiss Army Knife) at a price as good as I'd found anywhere and was happy to pay. But before I did the staff pointed out I could get a 15% discount with certain memberships including National Trust, which I had.
Very happy with service.

Another experience of good products and customer service in the high street with my recent purchase of Peter Storm Buxton waterproof walking shoes from Millets in Ipswich. I'm a fan of the Peter Storm range and have been using these walking shoes for a few weeks now. They're comfortable and were eligible for some discount with a Blue Light Card which sealed the deal. Helpful staff
Isabelle was very helpful. I was in a bit of a rush and she helped me to pick a pair of boots. She advised me to wear them for a couple of hours at home to see if they are comfortable. Which I did. Unfortunately I returned the boots. But I will definitely go back to try out more boots when I have time
