Bought a waterproof coat on sale and Jenni even took all the tags off for me as I wanted to wear it straight away as it was raining outside! Great service 👍

Only entered the shop to browse but ended up buying two great bargains! Thanks to Jack for his useful product knowledge and not being too pushy.

Shopped in the Leighton buzzard branch on the on 8th February for a new jacket for my daughter, I was helped by a very nice lady called Sharon brilliant customer services as always and a great asset to the company i will be back. 😊

Archie was very helpful. I needed guidance on the best products to repair a tear in a camping item and he knew the differences in the products which they sold.

Sharon in the LB store was extremely helpful. We had a good chat about what I was looking for in a walking boot. I was able to try on a selection and find a pair I liked. Job done 👍

A stal-wart of a shop in Leighton Buzzard, always friendly, always helpful and most importantly not online. For the size of shop they manage to have a little of everything you could need. Would always recommend them please use them and not shop online.

Absolutely brilliant I just love the team in This shop, they are so helpful, polite cheerful, friendly and make it feel like shopping as it used to be. On Saturday 14th December I went to have a look and ask the manager to check stock. I then asked her to pretend in front of my husband that I had to return tomorrow to use a discount card so I could come and get his present. She played a long brilliantly being very helpful.
On Sunday 15th of December I returned to the shop and asked a very polite young man. If he knew much about hiking boots he informed me he had just done a training course bought that bloke didn’t know about shoes was not worth knowing at all. He was absolutely brilliant and spent a lot of time explaining and justifying The reasons behind his advice. What a great knowledgeable member of staff the other guy on the till was equally polite and friendly without rushing me they are genuinely the best job in Leighton buzzard well done guys.
