While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Recently MillionVerifier went to MFA but I had joined before and had none setup - I have spent 4 months trying to get them to give me a way to set one up. Meanwhile I have no access to the credits I paid for. Their automated process does not work, and the one time they responded and asked for documentation I sent it exactly as requested and still no answer. Their prices are good, and their cleaning is average, but their tech support is a complete non-starter. Do business with this company only if you're sure you will never have need to support.

First email verifier I've used. I use it both via the API, which works great with an app that I made on Claude code, and also manually using the website. Both work great, and so far I've had a great experience.

Used this consistently for 3 years and our bounce rates are literally always great. We have tons of case studies from campaigns using them. Totally recommend

Solid & works well. Not perfect but overall very good and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

I used MillionVerifier to verify a large dataset of emails because they claim around 99% accuracy, but my experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
To test their system, I selected 85 email addresses that MillionVerifier marked as “Bad” or “Risky.” When I verified the same emails using another verification platform, 18 of them came back as “Valid.”
To confirm further, I even sent a real test email to one of those addresses and the message was successfully delivered without any bounce.
This clearly proves that emails labeled as Bad by MillionVerifier can still be fully active and able to receive messages. This raises serious concerns about how reliable their verification system actually is.
The biggest problem is that this test was done on only a small sample size. If this type of error exists across larger datasets, it means many valid emails could be incorrectly classified as Bad, Risky, or Catch-All, which can result in massive data loss and serious damage to email marketing campaigns.
I shared verification comparisons, export files, screenshots, and delivery proof with their support team. However, even after 3 days there has been no clear technical explanation for why these emails were marked as Bad.
Instead of properly investigating the issue, the responses from support have mostly been generic and copy-paste explanations about DNS problems or email instability, which do not address the real problem at all.
Overall, this experience has been a complete waste of time and money. The verification results cannot be trusted, and the support team provides no real help—only time-pass responses without solving the issue.
For anyone relying on accurate email verification, I strongly recommend testing very carefully before trusting this platform with your data.
Based on my experience, I cannot rely on MillionVerifier’s verification results at all.

amazing, just super great, lowered my bounce rate like 70-80%, had 54% emails bouncing back before using MV , now almost none

I'm sending to 20000 leads and my bounce rate is still less than 0.002%
This made my cold email infrastructure elite and I don't have to worry about if it's entering the inbox.

almost all campaigns get a higher than 5% bounce rate...got even as high as 20%. and their support about this is trash. zerobounce better %'s
As a first-time user, the experience was extremely easy to walk through, and the outcome generated gave me an excellent result in sending out my first email messages from and ageing distribution list.

Really filters the Emails just as it claims. Nice to have a product doing what it does at a fair market value. I'll be sticking with MillionVerifier. I found my tool.
They claim you can buy 2000 credits, but it's not possible without a huge headache (they ask for a business email, but after contacting support, turns out you *can* and *must* enter a non-business email to be able to buy 2000 credits - and even that's only a one-off).
Essentially false advertising. Totally unnecessary waste of time.
Respect your customers time!!
They have an 100MB Import Limit for CSV Files.
Support will just tell you to split up the CSVs. For a Website working with CSVs I find this really weak.
It is technically super easy accept files larger than 100mb or to have an inbuild CSV Splitter. Outsourcing this Problem is meh.
Have used this service several times to clean up lead lists and have not experienced any errors or bounced emails hitting our accounts and negatively impacting our domain score.
Their pricing is very straightforward and simple to understand and implement.
Their UI is clean and easy-peasy to navigate around. Overall, I keep coming back.
I'm a satisfied customer!
There isn't an option to leave 0 stars.
I have bought their service, cleaned emails. Everything seemed great, I had a nice report and a clean list.
THEN.... I sat on a call with a client and showed them the results. Many emails your check marked as Invalid and Catch All were belonging to my client's regular customers.
TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE.... I defended you in front of the client saying that's not possible and there must be a mistake. Then the client literally showed me proof of 30+ emails that were marked as Invalid and Catch All as normal functioning emails by simply pulling their CRM conversation records.
It's safe to say that I left the call humiliated. And I might loose a client due to this.
Contacted about a refund, since then radio silence.
A fantastic solution with well balance accuracy. We compared it to Hunter.io, Zerobouncer, Sparkle, Icypeas, Clay and it had the best value (accuracy) for the price. That is unmatched.
The only thing I would wish for is if they could Add an Email Finder so I can simplify our N8N lead gen workflows.
Solid verifier. Only thing that's missing is an Affiliate program. Not super chuffed that they do not have one. As 90%+ SaaS companies have them and it helped us refer people. These guys want us to promote their business without compensating. Don't really like that. GHL for example has already paid out over $100 million in affiliate commissions to their affiliates, and they seem to be doing quite fine!
Excellent experience. Affordable, clean and intuitive interface, effective, easy, fast. I will definitely use this platform again.
