This company has been taken over as of march 2026 by BTN LTD. The owner was very aggressive when I questioned him over his giving me only four days notice of a rent increase, ( the law states as of may 2026, a landlord must give a minimum of 2 months notice for any increase in rent). Obviously I won’t be using this company again.
