Called the customer service number several times which goes to voicemail then disconnects. The Chat option, I received 1 response but no followup to my immediate reply leaving questions unanswered. Emails not responded to. If purchasing MILLY products, buy via Neiman Marcus or another retail outlet. DO NOT buy direct. I had to send 3 pieces via 1 box since other boxes were destroyed. No response to my multiple emails indicating 3 pieces returned together in one box. Within my emails, I included photos of what was shipped. If no response, I will refute charges with my credit card. Terrible customer service!!!!
$178 swimsuit was poor quality (uneven) and customer service is horrible. I have sent two emails and one chat session with no results!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I bought a studded swimsuit… put it on and walked down to the pool… the studs started falling off immediately. I contacted the company… they will do nothing about it… the rep suggested I buy fabric glue…they don’t have the suit anymore… and there are about 20 studs missing.
This is no way to run a reputable brand.
Shame on them.
