Went in to buy my father a watch for 70th birthday lindsey was so helpfull in choosing for him so much so i ended up buying one of the watches she showed me for myself also fantastic customer service and a lovly lady thanks again

Linda was absolutely lovely to deal with. Very polite, patient and knowledgable. Gave us lots of information helping us narrow down our choice. Didn’t feel at all pressurised and Linda very kindly offered to reserve 2 rings for 48 hours for us, not a problem. The items were both high quality and the shopping experience overall was very relaxed and easy so we had a brief wander around Chester before popping back to buy the more expensive item. I have complete confidence in Milton’s, this is our second large purchase with them and I know there won’t be any issues. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewellery. Ring needs resizing and Linda is kindly getting that done for us tomorrow so we will be able to collect it before Christmas. I’d recommend Milton’s and Linda anytime. In addition we were given a lovely gift on completion of our purchase, a lovely bottle of wine in a gift bag. Unexpected but lovely surprise. Milton’s know how to look after their customers!

Having bought a high value Rolex a few years ago from Miltons and found the whole process faultless and totally professional, I have since had other Rolex watches serviced with Miltons. They go out of their way to help me and the advice from owner Heywood Milton is second to none. Living in Surrey I find London Rolex agents both overpriced and offhand, and would recommend Miltons even if you need to travel to get there. A pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a Rolex sea dweller yesterday from Milton's (Chester), this is the third expensive watch I've purchased from Milton's.

And can honesty say, if ever I'm buying pre owned rolex watches I'll never buy from anywhere else, the owner Haywood Milton has great knowledge of all things Rolex and is a complete gentleman, their prices are competitive and all the staff who work in their stores are friendly and helpful.

I tell all my colleagues, friends and family, if your buying pre owned rolex dont go anywhere else, these people are 100% trustworthy and professional.

Having purchased a Rolex Daytona from Miltons and receiving excellent service before, during and after the sale I can highly recommend them.

Unfortunately I recently had two other Rolex stolen from me and reached out to Haywood (owner of Miltons) for some advice, he went above and beyond and even helped register the watches stolen on some trade accounts while offering me sound advice.

I honestly cant fault them at all, their prices are some of the best online and you wont find anyone more knowledgeable in this sector so buy with 110% confidence.

I will be looking for another watch in the very near future and wont be going elsewhere.

I have been after a Rolex watch for my wife and after 30 years of marriage it's the least she deserved.Although we had been looking for a few months at the start of last week we saw one on the website.I sent an email about the watch and received a reply with an hour answering all my questions.
We arranged to view on Saturday and could not fault the service we received.
The staff in the store were professional and viewing was arranged in a private room.We were given as much time as need to try the watch on and check that everything was to our satisfaction.
Due to it being an expensive purchase we left the shop for an hour to have a coffee and no pressure was put on us to buy.
We did return and make the purchase and my wife is over the moon.
We did go to other Rolex dealers but none of them could match them for price service and professional know how.
If you are after a watch i cannot recommend them enough.

When I called in to collect, I found the watch was exactly as described and i was made feel very welcome. Their knowledge of Rolex watches, in particular, sets the standard. I have since bought a number of watches that have appeared on their website. Their business model is one of 100% integrity.
