I have used Mimeo for years and have had only a few instances where things didn't go smoothly until this time. I have had the worst experience ever and spent way too much money for unclear directions and no willingness to rectify the situation! I will never use them again, especially when I have a time-critical request! The trust is broken!

Great work partner

The program offers easy to use functions and the delivery dates are reliable

We did business with this company specializing in photo album production, and the experience proved highly disappointing on several levels. First, the print quality is significantly below the advertised standards. The colors are inaccurate and do not match the files provided, which greatly affects the final rendering of the images. For a product that is supposed to showcase visual memories (wedding photos), this shortcoming is unacceptable.

In addition, some pages are poorly cut, demonstrating a lack of rigor in quality control. This type of defect is particularly problematic for a high-end product where the finish should be flawless.

The experience was compounded by inefficient customer service. Responses were slow, unhelpful, and did not lead to any satisfactory solution, despite clearly documented problems.

Finally, the price is vastly disproportionate to the quality delivered. At this price point, one would expect a well-made product and professional service, which unfortunately was not the case.

In summary, this company did not meet minimum expectations for quality, finish, and service, and we cannot recommend their services.

Pretty solid experience in the last year of use for our team. Mimeo is easy to use and order. We have had occasional late deliveries which were brought up to our rep and handled well. One delivery was pretty well destroyed by the shipping company but Mimeo issued a credit nonetheless. 4.8 stars.

easy, quick, very professional

Mimeo has been a game-changer for us, saving an incredible amount of time. Before, we had to manually assemble all of our course materials, but now, each binder comes pre-assembled and ready for our students. The ordering interface is intuitive, and once your printing job is set up, it's ready for future use with easy modifications (if needed). I also love the flexibility of being able to ship materials directly to remote clients—one at a time if needed—without the hassle of managing shipments from our office. Mimeo has streamlined our process and made our operations much more efficient!

Having done a thorough search on Google for printing vendor similar to the high end/premium quality that a site like Moo could deliver. Mimeo jumped out - also having seen reviews and their concise and well laid out website. We needed hundreds of trifolds for 'next day' for a work convention (rare with this type of format), Mimeo delivered. Fantastic colour, finish, matte card quality, and a delighted response at event. Customer Service also excellent - a gentlemen called Sean was happy to support over Teams call and show us around their system. Look foward to doing business again with you.
