Really poor customer service.
Ordered an item and hoped for it to come by the weekend, paid extra for 1 day delivery. Got an email on Wednesday saying my order is packed and shipped. Didn’t get anything until the following Wednesday.
When contacting the company they would ignore any emails asking for a full refund including shipping costs.
No sign of customer service

I have a faulty playmat. I contacted customer service over a month ago on 11th December. They asked to provide pictures and order number which I did. Since then I have heard nothing back. I’ve chased twice with no response. Absolutely shocking customer service.
I even tried to do a new contact form on the website today and I can’t even do that anymore.
Great company until you have issues and they pretend you don’t exist.
Update: Based on their reply below. Interesting how I’m getting other emails fine but they’re claiming my “inbox is full”.. has anyone ever heard of an outlook account being full!? Didn’t think so. Warranty has ran out.. it’s less than a year old and all the stitching is falling out creating holes. Clearly a manufacturing error as I had one previously that lasted years before I swapped it for a different colour. Yet the company are unwilling to help. Used to rave about this company. Won’t be anymore.

Purchased a moonie bear which cost £70 in March as a gift. After a few weeks of use in September, the white noise machine doesn’t work. Have charged the machine and the sound has completely gone although it still lights up. Although the purchase was 6 months before use, this shouldn’t interfere with the machine noise not working. Emailed mimi-bear twice with no response at all. For the price of the item and lack of customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this company to purchase such a high priced gift from.
We ordered a swim vest in good time before our holiday, 3 weeks in advance, unfortunately this didn’t turn up in time which we accepted as their delivery states 3-4 weeks for that item, however having been home from holiday 3 weeks now that now adds up to 7, almost 8 weeks of no delivery.
Rather shocking service.
When I contacted them for the final time to ask where it was I was just given a refund, which is frustrating as we have other holidays this year and did want this vest.

I ordered the Little Dutch 4 in 1 trike for my baby girls first birthday. It was sold out absolutely everywhere and they had one left in stock on mimibear. I looked them up on trust pilot and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after seeing some not great reviews. I’m SO glad I did! I emailed them to ask when I could expect my parcel by as it was the main present and I was worried about it being late. The girls got back to me straight away and it was sent on next day delivery (it’s just arrived!). I’m so so impressed with their response time and shipping considering that they are a very small business.
I think people forget that small businesses are run by a handful or even sometimes only one person, especially in a world where Amazon prime delivery times are becoming the expectation. I honestly would really recommend this company, they were so lovely and polite. I can’t fault their service! Thanks so much ladies 🫶🏻
I have received half of my order with a note saying evie doll had been oversold so a refund has been given. Even after I received a confirmation email saying my order has been packed and is on the way.
Very dissapointed. Poor way of conducting a business to inform the customer this way. This was a christening present. I wouldn't have spend £4 on delivery for the garden tools alone.
Also no refund has been received.

I placed an order for my nieces 1st birthday and paid for express delivery.
I later discovered the item they were selling was sold at much lower prices in other companies but I let it slide.
The item did not arrive in time and was told it is because it is made to order and can take 6 weeks… okay
It was now been 3 months and there is no update on where the order is and what has happened. Now I’m feeling like I’ve been scammed as this is completely unprofessional service, I have emailed with my order number and I’m waiting for a response on this.
I recently ordered from Mimi-Bear and had a mixed experience. While they offer lovely quality products, and my previous orders arrived early with excellent packaging, one item faced delays and a delivery issue. Despite this, their selection is fantastic, and customer service is generally great. I’ll likely order again, with some caution. 4 stars!

When my little girl was born I got her some essentials that were perfect and as she is getting older I am getting to enjoy the toys and other things they sell.
