I’ve ordered my ears from them on January 22nd. Got charged, said my order was confirmed… never received any tracking info and I don’t even think they’ve been shipped. I have messaged via email multiple times, reached out on social media just to see that the last active post was like 3 years ago. I don’t even know if I’ll ever receive my item! If there isn’t anybody running the shop, why take my money? It won’t even refund. :(
I ordered my cat ears on July 3rd. It is August 8th, and my order still hasn't shipped yet even though I was charged the day I ordered them. I have sent out a few emails to customer support asking if there was anything wrong on my end, and I haven't gotten a response from anyone.
I wouldn't be so frustrated if I wasn't charged immediately. I feel like I should have been charged once my item finally shipped. Especially since its a small business, and they don't appear to have enough people to ship out products as fast as they say they can on their website.
