So I bought an electric scooter from this company in November 2021 and they took a long time with delivery and now it’s broken, I’ve called them To repair it just now using my warranty and they ended the phone and blocked my number. This is outrageous don’t buy from this company.

Scooter bag

I ordered a scooter bag from this place on the 3rd March 2022 and are now taking there time to process the refund back to me which I am not happy about as I am consistently having to remind them to give it to me.

I placed my order using standard…

I placed my order using standard delivery (2-3 days) and received an email confirming my order. However, 5 days later I had not received any tracking information or confirmation of dispatch. I tried calling the customer services number provided on the website multiple times, but this always went through to an O2 voicemail service. I tried contacting customer services via email multiple times also, but I never got a response. After 9 days of hearing nothing I filed a dispute with PayPal and ordered my item from another merchant, to avoid disappointing my son, for whom I had ordered the scooter for Christmas. I sent a further email to mimobility advising I would like to cancel my order, although I did not expect a response. Eventually I received an email advising there had been a delay with orders and it had been dispatched, even though I had previously requested my order to be cancelled. I attempted to contact customer services again via telephone and email, but again there was no response. I do a lot of online shopping and I use TrustPilot as one of the ways to check how good an online store is. Unfortunately for me the TrustPilot high score rating was misleading and shopping with mimobility.co.uk has been a complete nightmare. I still haven’t received my item (which I will be returning, but may have to pay costly return charges) and I’m still £299 out of pocket. This has been my experience, hopefully it won’t happen to others.

Love my mimo- highly recommend

Recently purchased a Mimo scooter and am really pleased with it and the whole purchasing experience! The customer service was amazing, they were really helpful throughout. Delivery was smooth and on time. The scooter itself is amazing, had revolutionised my personal transport. Feels sturdy, comfortable to ride and goes at a great speed. It’s a bonus it looks so sleek too.
Would 100% recommend! Now I’ve got a mimo I’m never looking back!

I was slightly sceptical to buy an…

I was slightly sceptical to buy an electric scooter, however, after much deliberation, I bought one. Truth be told, I could not be happier. I purchased the InMotion L9 and I am far but disappointed. This scooter is quick, sleek, and can fit in the boot of my car so easily. On top of this, Mimo provides a MiCare service so if any problems were to occur, I knew I will be covered. I urge everyone to buy one as you will not regret it!

Highly recommend Mimo!

Every aspect of my experience with Mimo was of the highest quality. The customer service was especially impressive – all my queries were answered quickly and professionally. My scooter is exactly what I hoped for and also extremely good value. I have recommended Mimo to lots of people and will continue to sing its praises.

Great Service & Friendly Staff

I got my Xiaomi S1 electric scooter with the miCare option. I'm glad I took out miCare because I've already used it once to check my breaks and alignment.

Delivery was quick and staff answered all my questions.
