While I found the class useful, my work schedule prevented active participation. To improve the experience for all students, I suggest coordinating the class schedule with students beforehand, considering they are paying for the course. This allows for better planning and accommodation of diverse schedules. I also believe in the importance of student interaction with the instructor through questions and feedback. Thank you for fostering an inclusive and participatory learning environment.

At first, I was confused about completing the course, but when I was getting into the sessions I got great advancement changes in my capability using data through Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Azure. It was a great experience

In my pursuit for PMP Certifcation, MindCypress was able to deliver the course content in five days of online live training with favorable breaks that made the day not exhausting. The live online trainer Mr. Tushar was able to offer insights into project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including PMP exam preparation. The course content is availed to me for life time even after the online live classes.

My overall experience was average, primarily due to the lack of engagement from the Mindcypress team throughout the five-week program.

What Worked Well:
1) The trainer was knowledgeable about the subject matter and demonstrated attentiveness to students' concerns.
2) The course provided valuable insights into PMP concepts, which were beneficial for understanding the exam framework.

Areas for Improvement:
1) Lack of Organizational Presence: There were no opening remarks to outline training expectations or closing remarks to guide students on the next steps after completion. This left some uncertainty regarding post-training processes.

2) Limited Support from Mindcypress – While the trainer was present, they were unable to answer certain questions about what happens after the course, indicating a gap in communication from the Mindcypress team.

3) Pacing & Content Overload – The five allocated sessions (one per week) were insufficient to cover the extensive PMP material thoroughly. As a result, the trainer had to rush through the content, impacting comprehension.

4) Lack of hands-on exercises: Due to time constraints, the course lacked practical exercises, which could have reinforced learning more effectively.

Suggestions for Improvement:

1) Ensure active participation from the Mindcypress team, including clear onboarding and closing guidance for students.

2) Provide additional resources or Q&A sessions to clarify post-training steps.

3) Extend the training duration or provide supplementary materials to help students absorb the content at a better pace.

4) Incorporate hands-on exercises or case studies to enhance practical application.

I really appreciated the content of this training. Having technical knowledge is not that sufficient enough to run a project, but adding the PMP technics is the best opportunity i had an i feel well equiped to run the business. Given my background in Technical Support and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) over the past five years, I see PMP certification as a strategic addition to my career. Acquiring this certification will enhance my expertise and open new opportunities for professional growth.

MindCypress has invested in a Learning Management System that gives access to learners to important information. This for me is the best asset. The instructor was good, but the learning should be broken into 3Hr sessions and not 6 Hr sessions. Also to allow a bit more flexibility for questions. Also need improvement on an onboarding session.

I want to extend my gratitude to Mind Cypress for bringing such an outstanding instructor on board. I attended five consecutive Saturday classes, each lasting six hours, and the instructor's energy and enthusiasm never wavered. I was initially skeptical about lasting through the long sessions, but the practical and relatable delivery made the experience both engaging and enjoyable.
