So far so good. Haven't cashed out yet but my points are topping up nicely. Regular surveys that are easy to complete. No issues from me so far

An efficient site with plenty of surveys.

This is an amazing website where you can make money fast over doing amazing Surveys and Focus groups. It is easy and fast and I never had any issues with payouts.

it honestly went from less to more. starting with the surveys that were very few and with the passing of the days the surveys were more constant and I liked that a lot. In fact you have to try to understand the page itself, because it is a box of surprises, one day you can have a good day and the next you can't. This is how things work and that leaves me satisfied. Regarding the rewards I have no complaints, I hope they continue like this, always.

Great survey site, with quick and easy surveys to take - my only slight niggle is only being able to cash in £20 each month, but at least once it’s processed, payment is usually very quick

I enjoy completing various surveys on this platform and earning some money at the same time.

I had an upcoming issue with my email address and requested help regarding changing this address for another. This was achieved way within the timescales I had imagined this would take. First-class service!

Mindmover is a great little survey site with plenty of opportunities to participate daily. The only downside is that payouts are only made at the end of each month.

I have earned a lot of points and I want to check my account, but have forgot my password. With most sites this is easy to rectify, but not with this one. I am confused.

Shocked by so many negative responses as my experience has been reasonably good. I was due payment of £50 for a LONG survey that I took part in. I didn't receive the final survey or payment when I was expecting to but I queried this with them and payment was made promptly into my PayPal account. I haven't cashed out from my main balance for over a year (as it seems to take me a while to build up my rewards with this survey site) but never had any problems in the past. I hope there is just a minor blip with them at the moment and everybody gets their redemptions sorted.

I have been trying to cash in my points for 3months. The site eventually let me do this at the beginning of March 2021. As I have still not received my reward I attempted to contact the help desk but now they have deactivated my account. I have been a member of this site for years and never had problems before
EDIT I eventually received my Payout and they reactivated my account

I would be very interested to hear from anyone who has been paid by Mindmover and how they got their money. Once again, claimed my £20 on 1st March, 30 days have now passed and I have not been paid, in contravention of their terms and conditions. They have not replied to any emails. I urge anyone to avoid this so-called company at all costs. They are a complete scam.

Now £80.00 due and no response from Mindmover ,I would stop doing the surveys but they seem to have dried up anyway, the odd ones I have completed are not being credited

Claimed pay out in January then after waiting for weeks they told me they had re credited points and to try again. I have kept trying and every time they told me that claims were not available and to try again and again and again!!! You have to fill our about 100 surveys to reach cash out and then they do not want to honour your cash out.
EDITED: I eventually received my payment after a few months. So upgraded from 1 to 3 stars

Same problem as others. 2500 points returned as they allegedly had an issue with a minority of redemptions that were made in late January 2021.

Advised 'You will now be able to redeem them as per usual when you are ready' but on trying to redeem got the message "The ability to redeem is currently unavailable, please try again in 24 hrs. "

Errors occur but why return the points rather than carry out the process manually?

After three days I was able to redeem points that had been returned but the real reason for the so called issue is that these charlatans have changed the rules and you can now only claim 2,000 points a month!!

Don't bother with your standard reply recommending "getting in touch via our helpdesk, where we have a team available to assist you. We value our members, and appreciate any feedback." Just stop conning people and pay what's due.

Chased up my payments and have now been told can only receive £20 a month. Not forewarning of this change.

tried to cashout. three weeks later points returned saying there were "technical difficulties". Lots of automated mails, and no help at all unless you count the barely sentient Indian Zendesk monkeys who can't even read and understand simple questions. I want payment, not weak excuses. Very poor.
Oh, and they take ages to even reach the payment threshold.

I was due payments from 6th and 15th January2021.I sent 3 emails and finally got a reply yesterday 8th FEb 2021 and was paid today 9th Feb 2021. I would say that was very good.

Stay away from this survey company at all costs as they don't pay you for your work carried out. Seriously don't waste your time, i'm still waiting on a £50 payment despite numerous emails back & forth chasing this up. I've now cut my losses and unsubscribed...cowboys!
