I love Mind in Unison’s subliminals. I have been able to sleep much better and remember my dreams on waking. The subs have helped my mind focus and achieve goals in a way that would otherwise seem unlikely. I have tried a few but these work the best. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. I found Thomas Hall and Minds in Unison after my therapist suggested I look into binaural beats music to help me sleep and I found some of Thomas's stuff on YouTube. I will admit that not all of the meditation sessions were helpful to me, but once I got used to hearing the meditations when going to sleep I can honestly say that I've never slept so well. And the small benefit in the themes of each one have certainly had a positive impact in my life. Thank you Thomas, you are a life saver!

I have been listening to Minds in Unison mp3 downloads for a number of weeks after my sister-in-law recommended them after I experienced a traumatic event. I really like the Minds in Unison mp3's by Thomas Hall. I started listening on YouTube and decided to purchase their longer mp3's on their website. Mr. Hall has a great voice for self hypnosis and he has a calming effect. There is a great variety of good audio to purchase at reasonable prices.

I don't fully understand the mechanism behind my success after repeatedly listening to these recordings. Hypnosis? Subliminal instruction? Or, placebo effect? The specific method is not clear to me. Fundamentally though, what difference does the specific mechanism make if the results are real?

To the point: For me they worked REALLY well.

Purchased the fear of flying set from Minds in Unison after finding it on YouTube. I wanted to be able to take it with me on the plane.
