I ordered a surefire torch holder, the item arrived very quickly but it was the wrong size. So my torch kept falling out! I contacted mind your fingers twice via email, once via Facebook with no response. I have since noticed that the website has been taken offline and presume the company is no longer in existence. I will now have to create a claim through PayPal to see if I can get a refund.

Ordered a week ago. Took my money and are uncontactable. No update or comms what so ever.

Update: Item arrived after 1 week with no apology or communication from the retailer.

As you can see below still no apology for the lack of communication or delays in delivery

They are extremely knowledgable about their products and were happy to answer any questions I had about the knife I was interested in. I ordered it at 11am and it came 11am the next day with royal mail 1st class. Knife is faultless. Quality products, helpful, best prices anywhere, knowledgable and fast! Highly reccomended.

Wanted a Zippo for a special gift. A google search I found these guys in the UK, good price, great variety and did engraving. I had some particular requirements on that front so I made contact. I received a swift response and personal engagement with a knowledgeable and very helpful person (Sean), who covered all my questions and requests and gave me great comfort in placing an order. I was promptly advised when it was dispatched and the product arrived quickly. It was engraved exactly as I wanted it to be, and a brand new, genuine zippo with papers as you'd expect. This is an example of how online retailers should be, and others should follow their lead.

Staff very helpful. As a collector im a bit more fussy than most and they were v. happy to inspect stock of a fluted ti C36 Spyderco and ensure blade centering was perfect etc. Spoke on phone for ages and the sales guy I spoke to was knowledgable and put up with a barrage of questions. Very good.

I bought a Zippo from them which had a faulty weld on the hinge (not mindyourfingers fault!) which was a surprise considering Zippo's products are usually spot on. Mindyourfingers sent me out a replacement item the same day (Friday) and it arrived Saturday with a pack of flints and a wick as an apology and to cover the cost of the return postage which was a nice surprise. I will definitely buy from them again with the confidence that any issue's will be quickly resolved by their support team.

I bought a Benchmade Mini Griptilian knife from their website. The service was faster than others I've used, (two working days). This was the first time I've been asked to prove I'm over 18 when buying knives from the internet. I had to photo copy my drivers license and email it to them.

I bought a Spyderco knife from this site, and telephoned to check they had it in stock before ordering. Very knowledgable and helpful staff and delivery was first class.

I ordered the goods, they arrived on time with a detailed invoice. Just good, old fashioned service, with every stage of the transaction confirmed by emails. I would be happy to use this firm again.

Got a good deal on engraing a Zippo from these guys. They are the only people I could find who didnt charge for each letter which make sa big difference when you want a lot of text.
