They USED to be a great business. Now they send expired cans! They promise to send out letters saying they are still good for four years, but they never sent the letters! We have bought these for years for our cars, homes, etc. We no longer trust their products! Never again!

I bought a pack of 4 mini fire fighters, but the expiration date is 11/09/25. They expire before the ones I have from last year. I bought them to replace the old ones, and it turns out the new ones are older.

2 emails not answered before purchase. Promised discount not applied. 1-2 day shipping is now 5-6 days overdue. So far NOTHING about my purchase has gone right. My expectations are not high for the product.

I ordered as a returning customer with no prior complaints. This time I ordered with a promise of 2 day shipping and its been over a week with out a confirmation that my order has shipped out. I've emailed my concerns so now I'm waiting a response.

Had small electrical fire a few days back. Used a very small amount, and the foam expanded, extinguished the Fire, then the foam evaporated to almost nothing. Very little mess.

Will not go without this product.. used for an oven fire and got it out safely and effectively. Purchased a new one and keep in in my kitchen at all times.

I've ordered several of these mini-fighters for myself, family and friends. It's small enough to keep handy in the kitchen and car pocket. It's great that it can handle 4 different fires.
Fortunately I have not had to use them but gives me peace of mind that it's handy.

Not to go into a lot of details, I'll just say my husband's '72 Chevy truck engine caught fire. He grabbed a can of mini firefighter and snuffed it right out before it could get worse and spread to the whole shop. It could have been a costly disaster.

I bought the four pack and one arrived damaged. I reached out to the company and never responded.

Came promptly and as expected. Glad to have it as a safeguard against any fire issues.

The customer rep answered promptly and accurately my question about the the expiation date on new orders. Ordering was easy and the Fire Fighters arrived quickly. However, the packaging was terrible. They were in a flimsy plastic/paper wrap. Caps and nozzles were off three of them. I stuck them back on, but I am worried they will not work. The expiration date on the one I previously owned had expired. Thankfully,I never needed to use it; thus,I don’t know if they are effective. The reason I selected this brand was that they were small, light weight, and easy to operate.

After years of carrying around dry powder extinguishers and having to deal with regularly pounding on them to unpack the settled powder I looked at alternatives. Smoke sticks, foam and halon. After seeing comparisons on videos posted by independent reviewers, I decided on the Mini Fire Fighter. It had a thick foam that covered a large area and inhibited re ignition after the fire was out. It’s 2 inches by 9 inches so it’s smaller than comparable extinguishers. I plan to use Velcro to mount it as there is no mounting bracket. On for the kitchen and one for the vehicle. The only negative is that it is not UL rated for class or comparability (I.e. 1A:10B:C).

Shipped really fast! I was able to give these as Xmas gifts. The recipients were impressed!
