We had a number of frustrations prior to delivery of our minibus. Our designer spent a significant amount of time preparing the signwriting for the bus using the templates we had been given. When we submitted the design, we were told there was too much coverage despite being within the template provided. It was difficult to get a clear explanation about what was/ wasn't acceptable and this was particularly frustrating.

When we arranged a mutually convenient date for delivery and organised the staffing accordingly, we were then contacted for payment and told that this wouldn't be cleared in time to receive the bus on the date organised so this would have to be rearranged for the school holidays.

The gentleman who delivered our minibus was polite, helpful and couldn't do enough for us. He made the final handover a lovely experience.

Initial delivery time quoted at about 10 weeks from order was not met and by the time the vehicle was ready the Covid lockdown was in place.

Delivery was finally achieved in late August and unfortunately the bus had an accident on the first day putting it off the road for 4 weeks. It is now being used however drivers have complained that it rattles a lot, the seats that can be removed keep coming loose and currently I have not had good feedback from my drivers.

This is very much a case of turning a duck into a swan. We have never been a fan of the Peugeot Boxer, but the conversion from van to minibus by GM coachwork has been carried out with some innovative and well designed changes. The end result is a minibus that is both good to drive and comfortable to be transported in. One of the better conversions, of the many now available.

The Boxer is probably the best minibus format at the moment and the Minibus Lite adaptation to our spec was top class.

The consistency of who to speak to as a main contact was sometimes confusing and the general quality and finish of the vehicles are rather poor.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful when negotiating this purchase through telephone and email. Delivery was on time and all elements of the bus explained by delivery person.

Would definately purchase our next bus from this company.

From initial enquiry through to delivery of the minibus, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Minibuslite to any school or organisation. Very clear advice and great after sales service.

The lead in time was a little slow but this is due to the success of the product i suppose. They gave me regular updates on the progress and made the process simple.

After our old Minibuses were set on fire I set out looking for replacements. I came across minibus lite via google and decided to give them a try. Service from start to finish was Excellent and the vehicles arrived very fast due to us needing them quickly. This company is great and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for minibuses.

Big thank you to the team at Minibuslite. After 24 months of trouble free motoring they have not forgotten about us. They have been in regular communication to check all is well. When a speaker grill fell off, they offered to travel 500 miles to replace the speaker.

Excellent choice we made , with easy clean seats , a minibus that all can drive , a good comfortable ride with plenty of space . I would recommend it to anyone .

The minibuses were great, however when we were shown the demonstration model it was one with all the extras on it when we got our own not all the interior extras worked as was explained on demonstration, it did take some time to get answers back as to why although not happy with the explanations it was not the end of the world and we are happy with the buses.

Very pleased with the whole process. From the initial sales information through to the sale everything went smoothly. Even the after sales service has been good.

I would happily recommend your company to anyone - courteous and efficient. However, i wish the same could be said of Hitachi with the lease, they are impossible to communicate with, keep charging us for costs we should not be paying and the whole 'recovery' package is muddled and six months later I am still missing some information.
