I think it's a very small company because after 2 months they refund my money on PayPal. Slow support and many items they haven't in stock.

Thieves, stay away
Mobile phone arrived 10 days after payment. It was defective and I had to return it back few days after I received it. Two months later, seller still claims that the item has not been returned to them.
Their customer service (Linda Chen) is not helpful at all. They expect from you to contact their shipping company to find out where the returned item is. They reply to you on live chat every now and then.
Even though the tracking service says that the item has been delivered to them, they still claim they have not received. Pretty much if you buy from them and something goes wrong, do not expect the item to be replaced or to get a refund.
Also their chinese shipping company (en.4px.com) is pretty much a scam, they cannot be contacted by email, calling them no one will reply, and after the year changed tracking information no-longer works!
I know this is a long story but it just proves on how much trouble you have to go through will these people once you have a problem. Stay away and use a more trusted online source.
