Seem to be going out of business, avoid!

Placed an order last week and have tried to get in touch with the company via phone, two email addresses, instagram and the web chat on their webpage with either no response, automated computer responses or mail delivery failure notices for both email addresses listed on the website. After doing some research it seems the company is going out of business yet is still selling items online. Really shocking and now as I am about to give birth I am having to deal with cancelling this order somehow and buying the item elsewhere. Please confirm the status of my order and if you aren't able to fulfil the order, please refund the money back onto my credit card asap.

Goods never received and no refund!!!

Ordered an item, received email to say it’s unavailable but could offer an alternative. Since then I’ve had no responses to emails, no products and no refund.
Customer service is non existent.

I'm confused by this review. There was never a refund requested and you were made aware we were awaiting new stock. You were emailed last Friday to inform you that the stock was arriving early this week but claim you did not receive our email, this was resent to you this morning so you could see we had emailed you. My colleague was in contact with you this morning prior to this review where you were informed that the stock had arrived and your item was being shipped. This a very defamatory review with no basis. For this reason i feel it best to just refund you, this has been processed and you will have received email confirmation.

Great Company

Great service. Albeit the company does not use a phone number, Nikki has kept me continually updated as to the status of our order throughout. Initially made contact through the website. The company offers extremely competitive pricing, would highly recommend. Thank you.

This company doesn't come across trustworthy

I've had a very similar experience with this company to the previous reviewer. I purchased an item from them, back in Oct '22, which didn't arrive. I tried calling them to find out why - but the tel number was not in use - so tried website chat next - it took awhile to get a response on that but eventually I did chat to somebody who seemed like just making things up regarding the order, and acted like there were no problems with their phone line. In the end nothing arrived in the post, and, to my surprise, I got the amount refunded.
I thought I'd warn potential customers through this platform.

Edit: Below is what actually happened!

- I placed an order with you on 12th Oct (£5.99 postage fee paid)
- I heard nothing from you regarding the delivery for almost a week, so I decided to contact you on the 18th.

- The person on your CHAT APP took more than an hour to respond took ages to figure out what's happened to the order, and later told me that my package was on it's way already -- but he/she failed to provide me with a tracking number when asked for one, or the date it's been shipped etc
- I said that I could wait for the package (if its already on its way) with a tracking number on hand -- but I was told that you could repost the item instead, and would check your stock..
- And nobody got back to me regarding the stock, or the delivery again

- There was a contact phone number on your website which, I called numerous times, wasn't in service -- but the chat person told me that 'your phone is in use and should be working' -- No, it wasn't working

**It's not that difficult to find out if a phone line is working or not, is it?

'we did not have additional stock to fulfil your order with another shipping company. We refunded you straight away on notifying you of this.'

- I WASN'T notified in any way

Instead, I emailed you the same day, as below,

"I ordered a duvet/ pillow cover set on 12th October, almost a week ago, paying £6 for the delivery. So far, nothing arrived, and heard nothing from you regarding the delivery.
Can you please look into this and contact me ASAP?
Or refund me the amount if you don’t have the item in stock.
Can you please let me know either way!"

- I had no response to this email - no 'sorry, or apology' for my time you wasted. And there was no notification for the refund which followed.

- FYI, the package which you claimed to be on its way has still not arrived.

As advised, the item was shipped 2 working day after your order but was delayed due to the postal strike - unfortunately you did not wish to wait and we did not have additional stock to fulfil your order with another shipping company. We refunded you straight away on notifying you of this. We do not have a contact phone number but are available on our shop chat and by email. Your shop chat messages were replied to in business hours on the same day.

Company Is Not Responding/Phone Number Off

I'm not sure what has changed but it seems that this company is no longer operating. We have been unable to get in touch with them about an order placed over a month ago - via email, via phone (the number is shut down) or on their website. Avoid doing any business with them.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service - contacted them 3 times to ask a query on an Oliver furniture product as I was keen to make a large purchase. Despite emails and several phone calls I received no follow up response and will not be recommending this company to anyone. As a result, I took my business elsewhere to Nubie who delivered an outstanding customer service.

I ordered an XL Miffy lamp for my…

I ordered an XL Miffy lamp for my daughter's bedroom. I contacted MOOD by telephone to check some of the item details- the customer service was fantastic and answered my queries straight away. I then placed the order before 12 and our miffy lamp was delivered the next day without any problems or hassles. My daughter loves her Miffy lamp. I had never heard of MOOD prior to now and I've been very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Prompt and Helpful After Sales Service

I ordered the Oliverfurniture cabinet. I was having trouble installing one of the side panels. So I took pictures and emailed MooD. I wasn’t sure what kind of support to expect. To my pleasant surprise I received a prompt response with helpful tips. When I continued to have issues I contacted them and the owner personally called me first thing in the morning to let me know they were on it and speaking with the manufacturer as well. Finally they came by to my house to see if they could help install it or if I needed a spare part. He was able to fix the tricky issue and after some hammering it was all done. Thank you so very much for your prompt personal service and peace of mind that either way this would be fixed. I will be ordering more from here.
