Needed some silk thread, called and Mark kindly reserved for a couple of days until I made it to the shop. Today I called in to collect and a nicer couple you not meet. So lovely and helpful. The stock is amazing and I ended up with more than I went in for but am really happy for it. The stock is high quality. I am lucky enough to live close enough to make it a worthwhile trip and buy in person. Highly recommend.

Company have great customer service. I received a notice about an item that was out of stock and would be restocked in couple of days. No problem to me. Parcel received well packaged and fully completed within 2 days from date of order.
Very reasonable priced items and a great selection.

I compared prices of good quality Schmetz sewing machine needles before deciding to order with Minions of Craft. Before placing the order, I sent an email (no 'phone number available) querying the packaging of the needles. Mark answered very promptly so I went ahead with my online order. Mark then sent me a second email explaining that although it would be dispatched that day (standard delivery Included free with my order)), they could not guarantee date of delivery. My order was packed and dispatched the same day and delivered by Royal Mail the next day. Very fast! Customer service from Mark was exemplary. Great service and at a cheaper price than most other suppliers. I have no hesitation in recommending Minions of Craft and will make them my first choice when I need other items.

My go-to company for Berisford and other ribbons. Always sent superfast, neatly packaged with the ribbons looped and lined up precisely in a bag, at really good prices, and Mark is great. A human! Always responds quickly and obviously knows how to treat customers and run a business. Just the fact that we all know his name speaks for itself!

This company have a lovely selection of crafting items and thread. I had a query with my order which was sorted really quickly and with great customer service from Mark. The delivery is super fast too!

I ordered 3 metres of 5mm Barley Twist Cord late on the evening of 28 March. By 2 April it had been delivered - bearing in mind it was Easter when there are no postal deliveries! Excellent service and it was packed beautifully safe. My small item was not the most expensive of orders but Minions of Craft treated me as if it was. I ordered a lot of Anchor no.12 threads on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday am. They had what I needed and the speed of service was minion like. Can't say better than that. Delighted. 😊

Placed an order for Gutermann nostalgic box set of 48 threads and other bits and bobs, arrived really quickly and all very well packed up, the boxed Tin of threads was wrapped beautifully in gift paper inside the main package making it perfect to just add a gift label for a present. Also the SEWING ROOM design button set by DRESS IT UP are fantastic and great value ..Thank you

Gutermann extra fine thread are ok. Problems with Schmetz Microtex needles which are LONGER than my other Schmetz needles. I’m so puzzled by this as they are STANDARD needles. Must be faulty batch. BE WARNED ALL OF YOU - you MUST return items as UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING - difficult to do as I only discovered the discrepancy on needles after trying to fit it on my machine!!!
Will not buy from them again. Bought same needles from other company I usually buy from and will do this in future

I have purchased from Minions of Craft previously without any problem. This time I made a mess up of my order. When I contacted them they sorted it out immediately and with such good grace. I will most certainly be purchasing from them again. In my experience their communication is first rate and their order processing very efficient. Thanks to all at Minions of Craft
