Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery. Unfortunately, the Plane was damaged in its transport box (though reparable, and this is not Miniplane's fault).

Order incomplete... No answer

The 26th of july I have ordered a Seagull Decathlon wich is shipped in two boxes.
The 6th of August I received only one box ( wings and tails).
I have wrotten several emails and a ticket to miniplanes.fr but until today 12th of August I havent received any explanación or answer about when I will receive the second box containig the fuselage and accesorios.

Terrible company

Terrible company, very slow on orders, do not make clear long delays and then when you cancel an order do not reimburse your money, you have to fight to get it back. Now i take it to the Police as a fraudulent trader. Not to be trusted - BE AWARE
